Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses, with a variety of different realtors in different areas. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust.

Throughout the past several months, Sumer Brandon has been there every step of the way. She has answered every call/text timely. Her professionalism, ethics, knowledge, honesty, and hard work are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me property, but that she was there to help me to make the best decision for my family.

When it comes to a real estate agency, the Brandon Group is as good as they get! We have worked with several realtors in the NWA area over the last 11 years and Beth with the Brandon Group is by far our favorite of any we have worked with. Beth is honest, fun, smart, calming, personable, and SOOO easy to work with. She communicated on a regular basis to us everything that was going on in the processes of the homes we were both buying and selling, which is so key as a realtor and sadly something we haven't always had with other realtors we have worked with. And she also made herself always available via text, email, and/or phone call whenever we had any questions or concerns pop up. She went above and beyond to get amazing quality photos taken by professionals of our home as well as an exceptional video, which led to multiple offers on our home the second day it hit the market. We really couldn't have asked for anything more from a realtor! We definitely would use Beth with the Brandon Group again and recommend the Brandon Group to anyone needing a realtor in the Northwest Arkansas area!

This group deals in bad faith! Specifically Sumer Brandon, she will “help” get you what you need until it comes down to things she has promised you. Everything always comes down to personal gain and in this case, it was money that was taken after being assured back to the consumer. When asked over the course of more than a month of being ignored, she responded that she would be sending check out by the end of the week and then said to call her regarding it and ignored all calls, all texts, and any messages that were sent. Stealing money from clients is something that needs to be reported on a higher level and should be documented to that it does not happen to any other unknowing victims of the Brandon group.
