I love this place, one of (if not) my favorite stores and I love the variety of clothes they have, especially the My Chemical Romance clothes!!!! The employees are always so nice and the music they play is always so good. Tons of cool stuff there.

To counter the 1 star this store got - I was in the store when Cathryn and her family were there. The store manager - after the sales associate at the register had a panic attack due to Cathryn’s children’s behavior (the entire time I was shopping one of her kids screaming non stop over the music) from what we saw (we were at the Backpack area of the store) the manager politely asked if they could use inside voices - the same as a school teacher would do. Nothing rude - just trying to manage the store as ourselves along with others in the store we’re having to deal with the kids. The mother of these kids then threw their merchandise down on the floor (laughable she’s speaking to unprofessional behavior) and left. My household are regulars here at this local hot topic and they are always friendly and helpful. Poor parenting at its finest and a result in the mom throwing a temper tantrum on Google reviews. Keep up the good work at this location and don’t let a Karen get you down!

Absolutely the friendliest staff, and such well stocked 'coolest place to be and great buys to be had here.! Sales staff are just Great ! So so helpful.!. didn't wana to leave.Will be returning again. ASAP -Thank you so much. 😁

It was my first time in Hot topic. My granddaughter told me it's one of her favorite places to shop and she also said I would like it and I do. Thank you for your kind employee's very helpful. I well be coming back.

The lady working there was super helpful even tho I asked a lot of questions. Give her a raise lol

My twin and I had to make some returns, but both females that we were working at the time were super helpful and friendly. I know returns can be annoying, but they did it with a smile on their face. The store was super clean and they had an amazingly large collections of Pops which was impressive.

It's pretty tight nit but otherwise as good as any other hot topic. Staff is really friendly (not to be generic but they really were!) My friend couldn't find what she was looking for and so I asked the clerk if they might have it, they didn't unfortunately so she goes and calls another store for us when she realized theirs didn't have it in stock, so considerate. We found it and they had what my friend needed. Also nice to browse and be goofy in there while waiting to see a movie at the malco movie theater nearby.

My daughter lives how topic!! We have to make an agreement on how long we will be there before we go in our we will NEVER leave!! Everyone is always friendly!!! They have cute little mystery bags now. My daughter bought one and it had good stuff in it!!!

Good staff and LOTS of anime, Disney, nightmare before Christmas, and more merch/ items! I go there all the time and I love the hot cash they give you when you shop there. I love their seasonal stuff and all their unique items and deals! DEFINITELY RECCOMENDED going here :D

Great cashier. Love the environment inside the store. Always clean and organized. Can even order online and pick up right there in store. Will be back for sure!!

I love the Rogers Hot Topic!! The workers there are very kind, easy to talk to and extremely helpful!!!

Great store and friendly staff. They were very nice to my preteen who is still a little awkward with checking out.

Always love this place. Great for anime stuff and body jewelry. Got a t-shirt for $10. They had a sale. Friendly people and fatty check out.

I’ve lived in Rogers for a little over twelve years now and Hot Topic always has what I need. Sadly, though, they’re more pop culture rather than what it used to be.. Ariana Grande and other more popular artists are climbing the walls. Luckily they still have the wall of fame and graphic tees and such. I just wish it was the 2010’s again, ya know? Like I said, they’ve still got stuff so don’t let my comment stop you from going. Hot Topic just isn’t what it used to be, sadly enough.

Great place honestly, got a nirvana hoodie today really comfy just wish there were more hoodies there. But other that that it was a really cool place to shop and the people are really nice there.

An employee helped me so much! She ordered a dress online for me and went out if her way to show me things in the store I had questions about.

Always great and freindly service. Not a store be overlooked. Love the people they hire there because they go out of their way to help everytime.

It lowered my anxiety once I entered it. The dim lighting mostly helped the people there made me feel more comfortable

My favorite HT store anywhere! The people are always outgoing and helpful and always such an awesome variety of stuff and deals.
