Lenore has been exceptional during the whole process in our move from Texas to Arkansas. Lenore followed-up on key criteria for each home we were wanted to view and walked through each home with us calling out specific detail on each.

We bought a new build and Lenore was great following up with the builder on items we wanted changed and minor fixes on the home. Lenore also walked through the home multiple times as it was being finished and provided updated pictures each time.

After the purchase was complete, Lenore still provided additional support between us and the builder to ensure the open items to be completed were finished to our satisfaction.

I liked Lenore from day one, since we connected via text. Did that have anything to do with the fact that we both have Italian roots? Possibly! 🙂 But she has a warm personality, she is knowledgeable, honest, reliable. I was in Bentonville for 10 days with the purpose of purchasing a property in Arkansas as we plan on moving from Utah. Lenore was very easy to work with and made the process smooth. She made a good selections of homes so we did not have to waste lots of time driving around...I realize that 10 days are not a lot to make such a big decision, but Lenore helped me with the almost impossible challenge. The last day I was in Bentonville we found the house that was perfect for us and the online process of closing went very smoothly. I highly recommend Lenore.

The greatest part about working with Lenore, besides her excellent personality, was how quickly she would get everything to you when she promised it.

I worked with other agents who would say things to me like "Ohhh I'll be home in 6 hours and I can get it to you then." That never happened with Lenore.

It was like lightning fast whatever you wanted or needed something... boom she would get it to you no matter what she was doing. I know a hard part of being a real estate agent is trying to have a personal life but you could tell that she would do anything to make her client happy even if she was going to be 5 minutes late to her own event. That is a great quality when you're dealing with such a big purchase and time is often of the essence.

Where do I even start. I met Lenore 2 years ago when I was searching to buy my first home. I was marginal credit, RD Loan, and wanted to be under $100k. I contacted a few different agents - none of which wanted to give me the time of day. Then came Lenore. She was so enthusiastic to help - regardless of the home price we were looking at. She showed us a few houses and then guided us through the process. Through the buying process she was fantastic. She acted more like a trusted friend -giving honest advice and really being there for us. We ended up buying the perfect home. But now fast forward two years. I got a wild bug and decided I wanted to remodel and sell my house. I did a 70% remodel and decided to sell before it was complete. Not only did Lenore get it sold as is, but she sold it the 1st day it was listed AND she sold it for more than any other house on our street - even the fully remodeled ones!!! I could rave for hours on her experience, her expertise, organizational skills, connections, website /photos she builds, straight forward approach, etc. However, I think the best thing about Lenore is her soul. She cared about me, my home, my situation, my money, and my peace of mind. We have loved working with her and will continue to do so for as long as she is in the business.
