Dr. Archer and his team in my opinion, lead the medical field when it comes to being prompt, thorough, understanding and willing to find best solutions! The care and concern he and Kristen show on every visit, has always impressed and amazed me, especially that I have never had to wait past my appointment time.

I am so lucky having Dr Archer taking care of my family. Very professional, he always listens and cares about his patients. I can only say good things about him.

Couldn't disagree with previous reviewer more... Dr. Archer has been nothing but wonderful to both of my elderly parents. Always has time for them and quickly answers any and all questions. The nursing staff is quick and gets their jobs done with little delay. Overall a wonderful experience

Saving my life.

If I could give negative stars I would. You can't ever just call and get needed information. You have to leave a message and someone will call you back...oh wait, no they won't. I left 5 messages in a week and half and the nurse still didn't get back to me. They are supposed to get back with the patient within 24-48 hours. I'm 6 months pregnant and don't have the time, nor the patience to keep calling and leaving pointless messages for a nurse that won't do her job and make one phone call to me to, at the very least, update me on the status of my referral she is supposedly doing. This is by far the most frustrating clinic I've ever been to!!! As soon as I get the chance, I'm changing doctors! You should feel as though your doctor and nurse care about you, and that's the exact opposite feeling you get from this place. You aren't made to feel like a name, or even a number, you are made to feel as though you are the biggest inconvenience they've ever dealt with. Unless you want to feel more frustrated and upset than ever, avoid this place at all costs!
I decided to give this clinic another chance, now that I am no longer pregnant.... BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Janice Williams is the rudest most unprofessional human being I’ve ever met. She doesn’t care about anybody but herself, and she just does what she wants, without even considering what her patients actually need. I honestly don’t know how she still has a job. Still THE WORST CLINIC Mercy has, by far!!!!

Dr. Archer is lovely. Unfortunately his staff is uncaring and obnoxious.
