Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

My name is Joseph Welch. I just open up a bank Bank account a couple days ago at Bank of America in Bentonville Arkansas. I don’t have my debit card yet because it’s been ordered but I went in there and deposit cash and I said I wish there was an easier way to get money out of the ATM without coming in here the banker, his name was. ace he helped me so much. He said you can use the ATM through your phone and withdraw money that way I told him I didn’t even know that was possible. Thank you so much he help me out and really helps me out. Thank you so much for being a great person.

The greeter and all the tellers are really nice & polite. I've seen them deliver good news and bad news (unable to help with something) to people always in a polite and kind manner. I was able to set up an appointment and was helped within a reasonable amount of time, and got everything I needed. Dunno what the bad reviews are coming from, though I guess I can understand the hours could be better.

I have always had friendly and prompt service here.,Today I met with Shaheen who was pleasant and professional. She even got me a refund I didn’t know I was entitled too I had to close my account for personal reasons, but the service from Shaheen left me with a great impression and I may very well be back because of it. This branch is fabulous!

We opened our account at this branch and were helped by Amber. She was very helpful, cordial and quick. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we have a seamless experience.

I have banked with bank of america locally for 12 years...today i was in need of a notery....i arrived at the bank of america on walton blvd..i not only found a notery...but also an angel.....she went above and beyond her job responsibilities...not only with me but others...she is a true treasure and i am a better person for having met her today..thank you

Always wonderful service! The representatives are friendly and professional. In and out very quickly.

It's fast and easy if you can read properly and don't have issues with simple computers

I love bank of america but seriously make your hours longer for crying out loud not everyone can get there at noon.
