They were very courteous and helpful over the phone then I got there and I was greeted by a lady she was very much to the point which I am thankful for and she worked quickly to get me into a storage unit it was when we were having the hundred plus temperatures she worked diligently and it only took about 10 minutes because the later of the day got the hotter it got thank you very much

Just Stopped in for rates, and was so impressed. Yolanda was extremely polite and helpful. She showed me different unit size. I will definitely be using CubeSmart for my storage needs.

Yalanda is a great manager of the property and she cares about the storages being cleaned and made me feel that my storage was safe and I never had any worries about it. I had my storage for a little over a year.

They are the nicest people. They attend to your needs abruptly. The lockers are clean and well kept. Our last storage experience was a nightmare. I would like to add that Lawanda, the manager, is very quick to respond day or evening. She is very polite, and accommodating.

Perfect outstanding customer service. Attendant met me at the unit and gave me lock for unit and explained everything to me.

I could absolutely not believe how AMAZING my experience was at this facility! The website was very SIMPLE and well layed out, the customer service was QUICK and they were very NICE to talk to, I also never had to doubt that my stuff was unsafe! They are very secure and constantly watching!
