Great experience with Jeff Phillips as my buying agent. Jeff is very smart and brings up things that are important to note when touring a house. He was always on my side and never pushed or hyped- this is the way it should be, of course. I consider Jeff a friend given how much he proved to me.

How do you choose a realtor when you are moving from Omaha, NE to Rogers, AR.? Your options are limited. Read reviews and hope for the best. We were fortunate to choose Jerry Beaudion. A good listener, he understood our wants, need and requests. Location was critical. Jerry was extremely professional. What you can expect: patience, good nature, detailed , strong communication skills and tenacity. Jerry took the sting out of this ordeal. This experience was like working with a close friend. Chase White was so helpful and very pleasant to work with. He helped us land our duplex so quickly and without much trouble.
