Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant

I think I found my new margarita spot! I stopped by today for a quick lunch and Margarita, Trenton the bartender gave me great recommendations, I had the Jefe margarita and it was delicious!! My food was very good, everything was flavorful. I’ll definitely be coming back. Good food, delicious salsa, and great service.

Excellent surprise! We were in Bentonville and stopped by for dinner. A pleasant surprise to discover that their EL JEFE MARGARITA is made with my favorite tequila, Maestro Dobel Diamante. In addition to this fantastic drink, we had the CHICKEN TAMPIQUENA and Vegetarian ENCHILADAS, both were excellent. A final surprise occurred when our food was delivered by ROBBIE, the robot! If you are near Abuelo's, I recommend you stop and enjoy their delicious food and drinks.

Service is always great and the food is nearly always perfect. I love the corn chips because they actually taste a little bit like popcorn. The cheese dip is always good and so is the salsa. I really love how they give you three different types of salsa. It’s also unique that they have a little robot to assist servers

Very cool building. Love the decor and atmosphere. Food was fantastic. We went during lunch. We got the enchilada and taco special and the chili relleno and enchilada special. The green salsa was my favorite. It was sweet and refreshing. They add pineapple to it. Get the potatoes. The chili relleno was spicy, but in a great way. We will be back and excited to try more of the menu.

There are some restaurants that are pretty good and there's an occasional restaurant that becomes a destination. That's what Abuelo is. A couple that we were with had a variety of food. I focused on the Their sea bass. The last time I had great sea bass was in Costa Rica. This was just as good. I plan on being back many times in the future!!

Great food and atmosphere. Everything that we had was good. None of the salsa is hot but all had good flavor. Large portions and everything seemed fresh. Our waitress was awesome, she never let a drink go dry but also did not show up when you had a mouthful of food. The plates your food comes on is hot enough to start a fire but keeps your food warm.

I had such a great experience. The bar staff was phenomenal and many of the servers were friendly to me as a solo at the bar. Olivia took care of me and was obviously extremely good at her job. She listened with sincerity and was friendly in a genuine way. The other bartender was excellent as well, although I did not catch his name. They also have a ton of extra points with me for the use of cocktail napkins. An endless thank you for someone that understands your fingers will be sticky once you squeeze the lime. ❤ oh, and the drinks were great as well. I didn't eat this time, but plan to on the next visit.

Abuelo's used to be my favorite restaurant as a kid. It's been a while, but I finally returned and tried it after many years and it was good! I shared the dip sampler with some friends and it was fantastic. The chile con queso was great, especially with the pork rinds. The guacamole was good and the cheese dip tasted great, though it was a little too runny in my opinion. My entree was the enchilada platter (beef and cheese) and it was alright. Wasn't the best enchiladas I've had but it was good. Our server was very personable and checked on us frequently, a definite plus. Overall, it's a good Mexican restaurant, and can be worth the premium every once in a while.

Popped in for dinner and was greeted with a smile and absolute professionalism. Mary was very friendly, her demeanor was always upbeat and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend this restaurant and ask for her specifically. You will have a wonderful dining experience!

Went in today for lunch . Food was great. I got the bacon wrapped shrimp. They were delicious and tasted so fresh. My server Joaquin was fantastic. Very friendly and quick with service. Will definitely be back .

My family and I have came into the Roger's location several times, the staff is always friendly and food is always great. The host, Ariel, is always professional, very personable, and efficient at seating my family quickly. The wait staff is also very efficient! Will definitely return several times.

Great food that night. The salsa trio was really good--especially the green one. I wished I remembered the name of our server. She anticipated our needs without being too much. Drinks were renewed and lots of chips n salsa. Genuinely friendly and great personality! Atmosphere was a little loud which is reason for 4 stars.

My boyfriend and I felt sooo spoiled at this high-dollar/high-quality restaurant!! AMAZING food and AMAZING service! The inside looked super cool, and the tree/flowers outside were so pretty! Overall, definitely somewhere you'd go for a date night with your special someone!!

We stopped here last week. The best Mexican food I have had in this area by far. We are headed back this evening with the kids. I own a restaurant myself and I'm pretty damn picky and I didn't have one thing to complain about here. Absolutely amazing. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere was all wonderful. Ready for our daughter to try the vegetarian menu!!! Oh and the grande is huge. So good!!!

There are quite a few Mexican restaurants in the area, but not so many as good as Abuelo's. The quality and taste of the food is definitely a cut above. The service provided by Hector was impeccable. I loved the classic atmosphere that was quiet and comfortable. Expect to pay a little more, but it will be worth it.

Raul and his staff are amazing! We ordered catering for my birthday and they personally delivered our food to our home with the most professional service. They were so incredibly kind as well. Huge thanks to Raul and his staff.

My family loves Abuelos, we eat here every time we get together. We always ask for Mary, she remembers the salsa we like and even our drink preferences. She knows the menu so well and makes excellent food recommendations everything is always amazing!!

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great, but what really made the experience was the server, a man by the name of Trenton was our server and he was The nicest person I have ever met. He was diligent at his job, very funny, and even let us have a few samples of sauces and other things to try as well as giving advice on what was good on the menu. All in all it's a 10/10 that I'll be going back soon just because of him

The very best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to! Food and service and atmosphere are all fabulous! Can't wait to return.
