I haven't worn makeup in a long while and Abril helped me in the most patient and friendly way I could have ever imagined. She let me explain exactly what I was looking for and helped me in foundation color and concelor. She was honest with me and didn't just try to sell me a product to make money, She honestly made my experience so great and I couldn't have asked for a better person to have helped me. I also got help from a man who helped me look into the Anastasia eyebrow thing and showed me a life saver, it was legit the best time to have help from the employees and have such an amazing experience. Thank you.

Super great selection!!! The staff is over the top helpful... However, they are proud of their products, so bring your wallet.. It's pricey..

Taylor went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shade of lip stain for my wedding which is a few days away. KVD no longer sells Bow and Arrow which has been my GO TO MATTE LIP FOR EVERYTHING. It only made sense for my wedding, when I saw it wasn’t there she went to multiple brands with multiple shades and really really helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted. Taylor is one amazing employee! She also helped me find a really good make up remover that would be gentle on my skin before the big day and after, she is genuine and just all around a great human! 10/10 for Taylor!

Can always find the right makeup products and there are plenty of testers to make sure your buy is good. Also, I love being a beauty insider and getting samples for points.

I have had just the worst luck trying to find a primer that works for me and holds up to my active job. Alexander at this location was AMAZING. He was so knowledgeable and just an absolute treat to interact with. He helped me find just the right primer and then also helped me match my complexion to a lovely foundation by Estee Lauder. Alexander was delightful and never expressed any impatience with my questions and I did not feel pressured to purchase anything at all! I loved the interaction I had and cannot express my gratitude and delight enough!

So far I've had 3 services at this location - hydrafacial, brow wax and lip service. Each time I have booked with Lacy because she is THE BEST! Of course my experience with all the staff like Marcus, Alexander and Brenna have been amazing! But if you need your brows done or a facial, I highly recommend booking with Lacy!

I love checking out the fragrances in the back of the store. It's bright, clean and staffed with mostly friendly folks. The one time I was treated rudely, I made a low key complaint to a manager who was super respectful and even loaded my gf with a big bag of samples of stuff. Just re-gifted the stuff anyway, but it's the thought that counts! I'll come back!

Nita was the absolute sweetest and so gracious with her time! I could tell she genuinely loved makeup and once she heard I was interested in her favorite brand she helped me find the best products/shades that worked for me. Showing me similar options at different price points was very considerate.

I had a very good experience at this store. I went in to get a makeover and try out some new makeup. Brenna helped me and did an excellent job. She really knows her job and the products they sell. I left feeling great and more sure of myself in applying the makeup. I will definitely ask for her when I return.
