Stopped by one day on my way through and purchased a game card case and a few enclosed nintendo games(unfortunately a few of the games didnt work I found out at home) but the salesman was very helpful, and negotiable. Appreciated the item, so that I could surprise my family member with a gift.

Been going here for different items and reasons for over a year now and I can say this is the best pawn shop around! Seth was awesome helping me and my wife get a stove in our house they do deliveries for free and they will help you SAVE MONEY! Great for pawning to! They're honest with what they give you for your items and they are very lenient I've been late on my payments in the past plenty and they have always been there to let me know they're not trying to get rid of my stuff they want me to keep it as long as I'm doing my part!

They are super friendly and pay top dollar for a variety of merchandise. The business was very clean and the layout was organized and spacious. So much to choose from. My son found a survival hunting knife to add to his collection. We were able to conduct business and complete a sale and purchase quickly without any wait time at all. Customer service is top of the line at this location. We felt like they were knowledgeable in anything we had questions about. With a professional staff of many and several assisting just us it truly did feel like we were important and that they knew what they were doing. We left there feeling like we had a great friendly experience and I won't soon forget it. It was not my first visit there today and it won't be my last. Castle Rental and Pawn is at the top of my list for a multitude of buying selling or just plain browsing and shopping for all sorts of occasions.

I bought a 14k gold pendant with a beautiful blue topaz in the center. After I purchased it I noticed that the bail you run your chain through was worn very thin so I was worried that it might break. I brought this to the attention of the store manager. He looked at it and said they will repair the bail at no charge. So the pendant was given to their jeweler, Stan. The bail will be repaid by Stan.He does a flawless repair, and I will bring my jewelry to him for repair. Thank you castle rental for standing behind your products. Long time customer Gary Dauzart.

This castle is so much better than Berryville they are much more respectful and they don't judge you because of who your family is like Berryville and Seth is who helped me out he was amazing he had very good customer service and was very polite thank you so much for being wonderful people

I have been searching all over for a 35mm camera and stopped in at the Springdale location where Rob put me in touch with Doug here at the Rogers location. Doug was able to get me what I needed and it’s an awesome fit! It’s always awesome to see associates talking and interacting with customers and making them feel at ease.

I go out of my way to come to this particular pawn shop. It is always so clean and organized. They are super friendly and efficient. I believe his name is Doug, he is amazing and there is a woman who works at the front who is super nice as well. Everyone is welcoming and the stuff there is clean, and in good shape. Very personable staff.

Castle Rental and Pawn is the only place I go to pawn! I have never pawned with anyone else. They offer great prices for your pawns and always make sure my belongings are taken care of. I moved over an hour away and still made the drive anytime I needed to pawn or find things to purchase. They have quality products and good selection on both the Rental and Pawn side for all your needs! I bought an TV from Castle Rental about 3 or more years ago and still have the tv and still works great. Everyone in there is very friendly and always helpful!! Super friendly pawn shop with a lot of everything. Tools, more tools … musical equipment, jewelry, electronics, guns etc… Good prices ! If you love shopping pawn shops for deals - you will be glad you stopped by.

First time I came in, there was 3 gentlemen working, 2 of which were with a customer and the other was working on jewelry. Not one greeted me as I walked in, ALL three did. Don’t think I’ve been into a store recently that this has happened. Honestly was probably the best experience I’ve had in business like this. Doug is super cool, knowledgeable and friendly. I’d ask for him, although everyone behind the counter is happy to help! 10 stars if I could!
