He and his team handled the few repairs that needed to be done after inspection, giving us the extra time to pack. He answered every single question both my husband and myself had quickly. We bought a rickety shack we found online while living in Texas. We called and Lindsey answered. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! She went to the creepy house and took videos/ pictures for us when we needed them. She met with us on a weekend and really answered every crazy “out of town-er” question we had!! Aaron Heiskell of Limbird real estate group is the best! Over the course of the past six months and lots of home views, Aaron was nothing but patient. When we finally found the right home for us, Aaron truly shined negotiating a great deal well below asking price. On top of that, a hiccup was encountered with my lender a week before closing and Aaron introduced me to a great lender that provided a mortgage with a much better interest rate and closing costs. This was by far the easiest real estate deal I have encountered, all thanks to Aaron.

Once we went under contract, we had an unforeseen disaster with one part of the property, but she held the sale together, made the necessary adjustments and got it closed.

I don’t know all she did on the backside to make everything happen, but I know it was more than we could have hoped to get from any other agent.
