I've been with Mike Morse at Farm Bureau for about 15 years. Fantastic customer service. The times I've dealt with them about a claim they have been very timely and easy to work with. Plus best insurance rates I've found, and I shop around every other year.

I've never had any trouble with claims. And it's nice to have a real person to speak to or go talk to in person.
