I have been shopping here for years. They have always taken such great care of me. They have tall sizes so that makes a difference in my world. Do you know me my name so that makes me feel special.

I get most of my shirts from this store. The staff are helpful and respectful. The stuff is fairly high quality so it can be expensive, but they often have 40-60% off sales which allow you you by twice as much. ; ) Or maybe get a deal on that awesome coat that will last you for a few years minimum! They have a membership/loyalty and probably have a store card I never really pay attention, pay in cash or card, but also give my phone number/email..so maybe its building up to something!

I went to Eddie Bauer with a problem with a zipper on my jacket and Betty Ann, the store manager, went above and beyond to honor the Eddie Bauer warrantee policy. I love the quality of Eddie Bauer products, not to mention the quality of their employees. Cannot thank them enough.

I can't remember the last time I had such AMAZING customer service. First of all, Eddie Bauer claims to offer a lifetime guarantee on all their merchandise. Turns out this is ACTUALLY TRUE. I took in a raincoat that was probably over 8 years old and they switched it out for a new one. I was STUNNED. Then, "Hunter" and "Deb" proceeded to provide the kind of customer service that is almost non-existent today: they recommended appropriate items based on what I was looking for, and brought different sizes to the dressing room. Honestly, it made me want to SHOP, which in reality I normally LOATHE. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Good selection of women's and men's clothing along with nice accessories. Great staff! They will help with online returns, too. Glad they are still in business.
