Atmosphere was intimate and the courses were amazing. I moved from Dallas and thought I’d never find better oysters and bone marrow. Well this place delivered. Best bone marrow I’ve had across the country and the service was very attentive. Will definitely be back for more oysters and marrow. Very well done

Bar Cleeta is my partner and I’s go to for our anniversaries. It is centrally located. Privately owned and efficiently operated. The space itself is warm and rarely crowded. Each dish is obviously made with skilled intent and the menu has changed each time we have gone. Small plates here, so you get to try many things and experiment with pairings from a fabulous wine selection. The owners are very sweet. This is an experience for any special occasion.

I will have to say the delicious raw oysters with a mignonette was my fave! The beet risotto came in second but truly there wasn’t a bad thing on the menu! They have an extraordinary wine list and the cocktails were not bad either. My only constructive criticism would be to ease off the vinegar salt run on the potatoes with the octopus, other than that, not much else to say. A great place to share a bunch of small nibbles with chic atmosphere.

Excellent customer service from our server! Very good drinks and vibe in Bentonville, Arkansas with shared plate dining. Our favorite dishes were the Spanish octopus and crispy bacon. We love that this spot was opened by a husband-and-wife team and an Arkansas native. This was our first trip to Bentonville and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality flavors!

I’ve been to Bar Cleeta for numerous occasions - large groups to intimate meals. This is the place to go for the best service in NWA. Some girlfriends and I wanted to keep our conversation going, so they generously let our group of 9 come in at nearly 10 pm and order wine. The food her is always divine and great portions for the price.

Love, love, love! All-around best experience for atmosphere and quality. If you are looking for sharables with friends, fabulous service, specialty cocktails, a superior wine experience (best list ever!) you have to try Bar Cleeta. I'm a wine girl and it's one of the only places in town where I will venture out for a cocktail. Also, if you like oysters you know it's all about location and the shuck :). I've never been disappointed and can always count on Bar Cleeta to deliver the best oysters in Bentonville. Each dish is a surprise on a plate. Always beautiful and absolutely delicious. The menu changes seasonally and the staff is always there to impress through their knowledge of ingredients and the perfect pairing. Hands down best service and food in Northwest Arkansas.

Great evening out near Bentonville square with my daughter and girlfriend. We've been looking for great tapas to rival what we had in Barcelona in 2021. Bar Cleeta is close.

While not an extensive tapas menu, everything was spot on. The service and atmosphere took the experience up two notches and the wine selection put the evening over the top. Well done.

Sat at the bar for a quick meal and a few drinks. The staff is amazing! The food is upscale and delicious. Highly recommend!

To begin, we went with a cabernet franc and an Old Fashion along with the Chef’s choice, three cheeses board. It came with crostini and rosemary-infused honey. Amazing start to a delicious meal! For entrees, we first shared campanelle with garlic confit, black truffle and maitake mushrooms. At first bite you know you’re eating fresh pasta. Incredible! Next we shared the polenta with lamb ragu. This was also delicious and the pomegranate was a surprise twist. To wrap up the meal, we ended with horchata ice cream with rice puff bridle. This was the perfect combination of upscale ice cream, light and delicious, with a little crisp of a childhood memory. Highly recommend.

We visited Bar Cleeta on 1/27 and had a wonderful experience. We started with Old Fashions and they were balanced and delightful. However, the real standout was the food. Each dish we had was approachable yet with a refined flair.

The Wild Baby Arugula salad was a fresh and peppery delight, providing a crisp contrast between the lemon vinaigrette and the arugula. The Ricotta Cavatelli was both comforting and sophisticated with the pasta being cooked perfectly. The Six Day Wagyu brisket was rich yet not overly so. Quite tender and flavorful.

Today I'm already making our next reservation for this hidden gem in Northwest Arkansas. Next time I'll grab some pictures to post here :).

We didn’t have a reservation so sat at the bar. The bartender was excellent and I had the best drink of the night. The appetizer was great! Wish I had started here for dinner. Next time in bentonville will definitely here.

Here in Bentonville for a cycling trip and stumbled into a slice of perfection at Bar Cleeta. We just had time for two things: a beef tartare dish and an amazing torchon of foie gras. What a gem. Do not miss if you are here in NW Arkansas!

Went for drinks and apps. I read the reviews before going to get an idea of what I wanted. Unfortunately, the responses from the restaurant are a bit brutal, but I didn't want to cancel on my friends. Thankfully one of my table had been here before and recommended items. The service was very good and everything we ordered was just as expected. We got both tartes, bone marrow, and oysters. The tarte with the bacon is best! We didn't have a reservation but had arrived as soon as they opened and the host was able to get us in if we left by a certain time - totally fair.

Easily one of the best spots in Bentonville. Service is phenomenal, wine selection is incredible, food is absolutely amazing and so well thought out for each season. The brisket is always on the menu and a must have when you go!

This is the one of, if not the best, restaurants in NWA. There are not many places around here with such an interesting menu or concept. I would recommend it for food lovers who enjoy an adventurous menu and open dining floor plan. Cocktails were also delicious and interesting at a very reasonable price point. Beautiful presentation of the dishes and impeccable service from our bartender were just the cherry on top.

One of the best restaurants in Northwest Arkansas. Modern/contemporary food. Menu is higher priced, but atmosphere is laid back.

WOW. In a scale of 1-10, I give Bar Cleeta a 25. Ben’s service was beyond exception! Food amazing! You won’t be disappointed!

Edit: 10.2023 - my wife and I have been regulars here on Wednesdays and we are never disappointed. They have an excellent rotating menu of seasonal and regional foods. The oysters are fresh and always fantastic. The servers are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Strong 10/10 would recommend if you are downtown!!!!
