Sonic Drive-In

Ok, today was weird at Sonic. We ordered 2 double meat cheeseburgers with no buns and no onion on one.
We got - one of those with ketchup, 2 pieces of cheese, 2 pickles and no onion - the other one had 3 pieces of cheese, no ketchup, and no onion. Why were they so different when the only difference should have been no onion on one of them. I still love Sonic though !!

I ordered a slushy through the app tonight that they no longer sell and a member of the staff came out quickly and let me know. She upsized the slushy of choice for no charge and got it to me quickly. I have not seen this type of custom service at other similar chains and I am happy this place has it. Will be back thanks to her!

This is our go-to stop for cold drinks every summer! This location always provides great service. Winnie was our server today and she was the sweetest!

Ate at the Bentonville location for lunch. Place was packed, but my order only took 5-10 minutes. Fries were fresh and crispy. Burger was hot. Carhop was pleasant and all smiles. Great experience!

Consistent and Friendly! These employees obvoiusly have a great manager OR they just all receive good training. I dont know but the service makes the food taste even better :)

I was super happy with our service today. It was raining and cold, but we walked to sonic to get food. We got two number threes, we had one special request and they didn’t mess up the order at all. I’ll admit this location does mess things up sometimes but that’s when their car stalls and drive through are both full, so as being super busy mistakes are bound to happen. But today it wasn’t busy at all due to the weather, we came during happy hour and our order was out within a few minutes. Best burgers I’ve ever had from a fast food place, and I’m not exaggerating at all. Mason was our server and he did a great job. Him and Jaedon are both excellent workers from my experience at this sonic. So glad we didn’t go to McDonald’s.

No matter how far we travel, coming to Sonic tastes like home. Super impressed with this location. Full parking lot yet quick and friendly service and delicious favorites.

My order is always correct, always fresh, and is always brought out quickly. Sonic has the best app to order on hands down.

Today the app was having some technical issues, which is a first, and I ended up ordering in person at the speaker. The employee offered to give me the Happy Hour half price drink deal since I wasn't able to get that discount since the app was down. I've had some problems with how other Sonics are run, but this location is always perfect.

This location has an AWESOME manager, Macmakayle!!! We had a misunderstanding on our order, then one of our items wasn't quite right. She not only came out to see what the problem was, she remade our food and gave us a full refund!!!!!! You don't get customer service like that almost anywhere these days!!!!!

My favorite sonic to go to, in this area. Very nice staff, handles messups very well. Food is great. Lot is clean. Some sonics drinks aren't the same as others, but I really like the dr pepper here. Only had a messup once, and they were such good sports about it and handled everything better than I would've thought. The wait time isn't bad and the food is hot.

The carhop did really good. This is the absolute fastest Sonic using the Sonic app. Your order is there as soon as you check in. Excellent customer service

Quick and simple. The chicken dinner is probably the best item on the menu which gives you a little bit of everything without it taking ages to cook.

Food is awesome when your order is right 5/10 times my order comes out wrong , but it usually is resolved

Isaiah was a please at the drive through when we showed up as they were closing, he was pleasant and thorough. All of our food was fresh!

I want to say this was the BEST experience I had at a Sonic drive-thru (60 years old so plenty of Sonic experience).

This person was so great and provided a perfect order (remembering my request for mayo packs). Perfect representative for Sonic; blond spiked hair, very tall, very excellent employee.

I'll return at this time just so I get the correct order!

Great food amazing staff

Service with a smile is what we always see when we visit this Sonic. We are from out of town, so we stop in for a cold drink coming or going or for a snack when we need something fast. It is always clean and the car hops are always friendly and helpful.
