Buffalo Wild Wings

The food was awesome as always! The only problem is that they were with just a few waiters and people working. So the ones that were there were running all the time, tying to help every table.
Still, the best wings!

Went in with low expectations, but wow. It was actually way better than I could have imagined. I'm pretty particular about wings, but these were delicious. The BOGO was well worth it, I couldn't even finish them all. Also had a cheese curd bacon burger, something I could have only dreamed of having and oh my goodness, was it good. Service was also amazing. Didn't feel rushed or like just another customer. Mandy is so sweet! We'll be returning for sure.

We loved their wings in Dallas and even more impressed here. We have also gone back and my husband got the hatch buger and I got the chicken wrap and we're both very happy. Food is great but not a lively sports bar like in Dallas. Especially not for Razorback games.

Love getting traditional wings on Tuesday for their BoGo special. My favorites favors are caribbean jerk ,Thai curry and garlic parmesan . Soooooo good. When in the mood for wings will always try to visit on Tuesday.

Stopped here after a trip to Amazeum (which I would go to over and over again and again). We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was quiet and relaxing even with all the TV screens playing football. Which we happen to be into. Great place, servers and food.

We just had dinner here with the children a few days ago. Our waiter was Josh. He was very polite and well mannered. The food seemed to take a while, but maybe just because we were all pretty hungry. When we received our meals everything was hot, fresh and delicious.

We don't understand the negative reviews. My son and I are visiting Bentonville this weekend and the food was great. Our server, Kaylin, was the nicest human being ever and very attentive. I hope the owner see this and lets her know. The world needs more people like her. Top notch experience across the board for us. We'll probably be going back again today.

Wonderful place to hangout with friends and family great taste and nice ambiance. Staff was friendly and service is diligent. We spend about 2 hours family of 4. Kids meals are great for my kid. Waiting time is minimal since lot of arraignments. Drinks was awesome.

I always have the best service there. Shout out to Kaitlin who's the best. I don't understand why there's so many complaints. Buffalo wild wings in Bentonville Arkansas is under New management. Shout out to Tiffany ✌ I think part of the problem is you expect service within two minutes. They get to you as fast as they can and they do their best.

The is the best Buffalo Wild Wings that I have been to in a long time. The wings were well seasoned and crispy.

Loved it! A restaurant short handed as our wing place always seems to be lately.. although a longer wait than what was expected.. no mistaking our order was quality. Late. But awsome. Absolutely. I love that whomever is managing the restaurant is focused on what's important, what's right.. food was Absolutely awsome wait staff was really cool fosho and trained impressively considering the short handedness circumstances

The food was as good as I expected. What struck me was the service. Our waiter ran between five tables trying to keep everyone comfortable and happy. He did great. For a restaurant struggling with personnel issues BWW did it's best to make it a non issue.

You know I went there during super bowl night to get a carry out order. Ordered about $100 worth of wings. They were busy , took me one hour get my order. But the start were really friendly, engaging and at times funny. I really like the atmosphere. Tv's everywhere , friendly staff , good food.

Fast service, friendly staff members, and a good atmosphere! Overall clean facility. It's gotten a little expensive in my opinion but everything else has too I guess.

So every once in a while I order wings online to eat at home from this location, and most times it's done before I can even get there in the 10-15 minute window they give me for pickup. I had a long day this past Tuesday. I sat in the library at school finishing hours of homework, and by the end of it I was too worn out to bother cooking. It was BOGO traditional wings so I decided, why not? I ordered a large order for my boyfriend and I to eat at home, shortly before 7pm (about 6:40). It gave me a pickup for 7:10. They were busy probably so I wasn't worried about it. I waited around a little bit before I left, got there about 7:20, they weren't done yet. I'd been in before when they had been backed up, but upon my arrival to when I left, the wait was another hour. This doesn't include the aforementioned prep time I was given. I watched multiple people coming in and out for To-Go orders and cancelling or sometimes complaining. They couldn't give an accurate time frame on anyone's orders and just asked for everyone to please be patient. It was busy to the point they were no longer taking takeout orders. I was there long enough that I overheard the manager telling a customer they were down two fryers. I know B-Dubs went through a renovation inside recently, but it sounds as if none of the equipment was changed out either. By the time I got my order, a woman came out with it and handed me a card for $15 off next visit, informed me the kitchen fryers just weren't working as well as they should, and the issue had been brought up to corporate enough times that had been ignored. I work in a restaurant, I have since I was 19, and I was not at all upset with them or their service. I was tired and hungry, but I understood the immense pressure they were under, and if corporate cannot approve their request for new equipment, then should they really be in charge of a restaurant chain? They will lose their customer base before the problem is actually addressed, and for the amount of business they do, it would be an unwise move not to right away.
I give huge props to the employees there, and I'm very sorry they had to deal with those working conditions and were unable to do anything about it. Thank you so much for still getting my wings to me, they were really good by the way.

Excellent experience Tuesday evening sitting in the bar area. We enjoyed 10 boneless wings with the Teryaki sauce. Also had a small order of Cauliflower Wings with Lemon Pepper sauce.

My husband had a small glass of Budweiser (on tap)
The waiter & bartender graciously made me a modified Sidecar Cocktail. 2 oz. of E&J Brandy, 1 oz of Cointreau & some Lemon sour (replaced 0.75 oz. of fresh lemon juice in official Sidecar cocktail recipe)!
