Me and my wife were in need of a new car and decided to check out Car-Mart. Upon arrival I instantly realized it wasn't like your average car lot. There wasn't some money hungry car salesman trying to force you into the newest most expensive car. Instead they're very friendly take you inside offer popcorn and beverages and begin to see what fits you and your family best. After that they tell you which cars are in your budget and you go out and test drive whichever you would like with no pressure. They do offer a 7 day period to bring back your car for any reason to get into something of the same or lesser value. We were helped by Branden and Eli and both made buying a car super easy and did everything they could to make it a simple easy process and also the best deal for you so that when you leave there you don't feel like you've been ripped off but happy to tell others that Car-Mart is not there just for your money but for the smile you'll have as you drive off the lot

Eli Cruz was the best salesman we have ever dealt with he was very compassionate, caring and honest with us. He did everything he could to help us get in a dependable vehicle at a reasonable price. If I ever have to buy another vehicle again, it will be from Car-Mart

I went up there needing a vehicle for work. I didn't have any money for a down payment or anything to trade because my other vehicle I have my husband has to have it for his work. They worked with me to make it work so I could drive off yesterday while it was snowing. The sales associate Eli Cruz was really nice and respectful. The general manager was great and did what he could to make it work. The closing person was Tyler Reid he was pretty awesome I asked him to go start the car I was buying and could pull it around for me. He went outside while it was snowing and blowing the snow because of the wind so I didn't have to go back out into it. My car that my husband and I drove up there yesterday didn't have a heater so Tyler made sure to have the vehicle nice and toasty for me. I told him that he deserves a raise for that. I drove off yesterday in a 2007 Ford escape with 109,000 miles on it. It was originally priced at 10,000 but they reduced it by 1,000 for me to make it work. Their customer service was excellent. So if you need a vehicle go to Car-Mart in Van Buren and see the staff. So overall financed price with the car and their service contract totaled up to be 11,127.00. Thank you Car-Mart I am a very happy and pleased customer and look forward to doing business with you guys.

Quickest car buying experience from a dealership I've gone through so far. They are very helpful with no B.S., told me everything I needed to know up front and the team was very friendly and not pushy at all.
