MELD kitchen + sandwich bar

For my money, MELD is WAY better than Panera Bread and a lot of other cafés that offer a similar ambience and menu.

Note: The place can be a little easy to miss from the road. For reference, it is part of the apartment complex building.

The dining room is a little cozy when it's busy, but the environment is modern, bright, and simple - really pleasant. Nice outside seating too.

The menu is fantastic - there are so many things that sound so good! And then there's the food itself which is SO FRESH and the flavors left me feeling so happy and full!

My first time here. I couldn't believe such a great place was right under my nose. I had the spicy sweet potato, which even if you don't like sweet potato was delicious! And the creme on the side is required to fully enjoy it. Started with the chips and salsa... Salsa was great, chips felt like they were out of a bag. We both had a side salad. They were my preferred type...mixed greens with just a bit of dressing on the side. There is so much variety on the menu, we will definitely be back!

Just a small restaurant underneath a apartment complex location with great service seating and menu. It has about three columns of food preferences to light eating to something heavy like burgers to sandwiches. Great pastries, beverages besides soda products and need organized utensils set up. Tv is on and tables are clean. Kids menu with colors giving and they bring your food to your table. Beautiful workers very helpful and polite. The taste of the food was fresh, great amount not to much nor to little on my sandwich, burger patty juicy and thick, fresh salad and sweet potato warm and satisfying. Kids menu is an amazing sizes from the pizza to the burger.

Update: When you pay, ask the person if they (workers) receive the tip or does it go the owners or establishment.
The sweet potatoes are awesome! Very unique. Highly recommend.

Local sandwich bar with an amazing and tasty food. We went for lunch and loved every bite of it. The staffs were great and did a quick service. I tried the “ Pesto Grilled Cheese” and my friend got the “Chicken Spinach Artichoke sandwich”. The entree is provided with a soup (freshly made) and chips/coleslaw.The bread is similar to pita bread for chicken sandwiches but large size and also the food looked fresh and nice. Only downside is the size/capacity as the place couldn’t handle large crowd and it is super busy if you visit around noon for lunch. Overall, a must try local place and you would never be disappointed!

Great local place with really flavorful and fresh food. Went for lunch and loved every bite. Great staff, quick service. Did the special “Buffalo Chicken Sandwich” and my wife got the Chicken Spinach Artichoke sandwich. The bread is more like pita bread but large size. Dough is “baked”fresh in-store. Almost tastes like it is made in-house. Great dough selection. Definitely a must to come here.

Wanted to try something new for lunch and this place did not disappoint. I want to come back and keep trying their menu! I got the Mediterranean chicken sandwich and it was fresh and filling. Great atmosphere too!

This was our second visit, and I'm wondering why we waited so long to return. Tom and Keri did a wonderful job with their expansion. We called ahead as we had a group of nine to celebrate a birthday, which they readily accommodated. As much as we appreciated the welcoming ambience, our dine-in experience, highlighted by the quality of the gluten-free and other entrees, was also a second-to-none culinary delight. Rounding out the night, Keri, JoAnn, and the staff dedicated themselves to serving our party throughout our meal. Their attentive service, punctuated with smiles all around, made a special and memorable evening absolutely unforgettable.

Picked this up on the way home and it was way over my expectation! The tomato soup was da bomb! I don't really know how to explain it in a way that would describe it, but it was like really really good. I don't know what they put in it, but it was like beautiful drops of magic that touches you tongue when you eat it. Most of the time when I get tomato soup, I usually can expect how it taste because it's tomato soup. But this, this one is just mwah!

My girlfriend and I decided to have lunch somewhere new today. I ended up getting to bring my daughter for lunch. We were a little surprised at the location in the suites on the first floor. They have a petite front patio and a bigger one in the back. The restaurant was very clean and modern with the mix of metal and wood. The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions we had. They checked on the quality and made sure we were pleased. It is a little more expensive than some lunch places, but the portions, taste, and temperature of the food was well worth it. I had the Turkey Bacon on white bread, my girlfriend had the special ot the day which was a Cuban, and my daughter had a cheese pizza. It was very flavorful and I'm looking forward to going back.

SO GOOD. Looks like they were expanding so hopefully there will be more seating soon. Hummus is great.

Update: it has been expanded! The New York may have been the greatest sandwich I’ve had(outside of New York). It needs to be on the menu.

Excellent sandwich, salad and overall good eats Restuarant. Clean! Unique menu! Superb customer service and a relaxed atmosphere. Spicy chicken sweet potato was very good. Spinach, artichoke, chicken fold over sandwich done well with the right amount of spice and greens. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Love this restaurant! Everything is fresh, tasty, and homemade. They have great soups du jours and always tomato soup, which is hardier than most tomato soups, wonderful taste. I had chicken tacos, three stuffed tacos with chicken, fresh lettuce and herbs, avocado, cheese, and drop sour cream. They have excellent vegetarian options, including Mushroom Tacos, which are amazing, even if you are not vegetarian.

Super quaint and cozy inside, daily flavored ice teas, and unbelievable cookies you have to try.

Definitely check this lil gem out!

This was just as good and fresh as it looked online! I was in the area and needed lunch and this stood out on my google search so I got the Greek sandwich with chips. The chips are fresh and better than any store bought and the sandwich was a nice portion even for my super fast metabolism and was delicious; it had a good balance of all the ingredients. The staff seemed passionate too and it had a good crowd for having just opened 20 minutes ago.

Absolutely incredible food. If you are looking for a hole in the wall restaurant that has insanely good food, this is it. I would have never known about it if my friend didn't take me there. Please do yourself a favor and make a point to come eat here. Locally owned and operated. You can tell there is a lot of heart in this place. Wonderful food. Wonderful staff. Get the Big Beef.... You won't regret it.

Meld is one of my favorite lunch places. Their food is delicious, service is great! I just recently reached out and they catered a party for me for 20 people and everyone had rave reviews about the food we served. Working with Justine at Meld was so easy, and I can’t say enough nice things about this restaurant!

This is one of those whole in the wall, hidden gem places. It was recommended by a colleague when I was in town for a work trip and the food is great. It’s a great place to grab a quick bite, catch up with friends, and enjoy some healthy, tasty food.

I love the atmosphere and it can hold quite a few people for how small it looks. The customer service is great, and they’re very friendly.

Was craving a sandwich today and decided to brave the traffic at 3:45pm on. Friday and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the Greek “folded” sandwich and it was everything I could have hoped for. The closest thing I can equate this sandwich to is a Calzone, my understanding is they basically bake the bread around your sandwich, and it’s simply wonderful. The sandwich was stuffed full of toppings, they skimped on absolutely nothing, and the flavor was excellent. Customer service was outstanding and I was fortunate enough to meet the owner who confirmed they will be expanding their dining room soon. I’m already looking forward to my next trip. Such a gem of a restaurant to have in NWA!
