One of the best pizzas I've had. It's also very well priced for happy hour too if you can make it. The drinks were also on point. You can taste the alcohol and the other ingredients enhance the taste, vs just getting no alcohol and just mixer.
The staff were also super nice and friendly. We had to bring our duffle bags in and they helped us get a spot in the corner to put our bags down.
The space is nice and rustic.
Definitely recommend and will revisit next time I'm in the area.

The pepperoni pizza was just simply amazing. All the ingredients they used were fresh, the dough was so soft and the portion was pretty good. La fettunta (bread with olive oil and parmesan cheese on top) was a great starter too. We LOVED this place. Definitely recommend it.

Oven and Shaker serves up some excellent and unique pizza, but don't skip on the salads, either! The arugula salad was a surprise and smash hit at our table- wonderful vinaigrette played beautifully with the bitterness of the greens, and there was a LOT of salad there. I usually regret ordering a salad but find myself trying to replicate this recipe because it is just that good!

The pizza, of course, is why most people come. Oven-made right there and delicious flavors with just the right amount of crust to carry the toppings make this a go-to for a good time- good drinks, good food, good service, what more can one say? A worthy and gratifying stop on your portland food tours!

The wood fire pizza was delicious- charred with a flavorful sauce. My family tried five different cocktails and every single one was a unique and masterful concoction. Highly recommended!

Among Portland pizza this place truly stands out. It’s West Coast style so the toppings get creative. We had “The Pearl” (garlic, white cheeses, lemon, sage) and “The Night Shade” (tomato sauce, eggplant, potato, olives, pickled peppers, shiitake). It was a lovely experience. We sat outside. There’s a good beer selection, the tableware is nice, and the food was original.

Always a fan of this establishment—I’ve been coming here for years for the friendly service, great pizza, and delicious cocktails. If you’re looking a fun, low-key dinner in the Pearl, definitely recommend. Fair warning, their cocktails are a bit pricey.

Love the pizza here. They make the thin crust wood fired pizza pretty well. We had the mushroom pizza, roasted beet salad. Taste is excellent, Ambience is pretty cool, very friendly servers, and it's right in the heart of downtown. I did think the prices were a bit pricey for the portions. All in all a great time we had here.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had, truly. It's extremely fresh tasting and everything seemed of great quality. The service was also lovely, we were in there during a slow period. Cocktail was also exceptional! Coming back here is a must.

OMG! The best service I’ve ever had. I just came from the youth symphony, but it was nothing like the symphony in my mouth 👄.One of the best pizzas I’ve had in my life. Drinks were strong and tasted great but the cherry on top was our server, Hyacinth The sweetest girl, made us feel so welcome and did a great job of taking care of us!!

From the moment we walked in the door, everybody was so warm and welcoming! Chase took care of us for the evening, and even helped me choose a beverage. I thoroughly enjoyed the pineapple trainwreck cocktail and we ordered the pearl Pizza, and it's the best I've had in years! Will definitely be coming back! I liked the ambience and arrangement of this restaurant. I sat at the bar and enjoyed chatting with the two beautiful ladies at the counter. The pizza tasted fresh and I enjoyed the white glass of wine on happy hour too. The sparkling rosé was delicious and I enjoyed the happy tunes playing in the background.

The staff promptly seated us and displayed exceptional hospitality. Although it took approximately 15 minutes for our pizza to arrive, the wait was made enjoyable by the fantastic musical selection, featuring classic hip-hop artists such as Eric B and Rakim, Nas, Tribe Called Quest, Warren G, and Nate Dogg. Our choice of the Pearl Pizza, with its delightful combination of lemon peel, sage, and a three-cheese blend, was a true flavor sensation. However, I personally would have preferred a crispier crust.

Enjoy the ambience of this wonderful bar and bistro. There is a great drink selection, thus the word “Shaker” in the name. The beer selection is also excellent. I recommend the German style Pilsner as my favorite. However, the most popular beer is the Hazy Pale Ale which has flavor notes of grapefruit. The wood fired pizza is delicious. Ask for Lucy to be your server, and she will take amazing care of you. Highly recommended when in downtown Portland!

Great neopolitan style pizza! Started with a fried risotto with mozzarella which was nice and crispy. We had the Margherita, Mushroom, and Maple Pig pizza. The Margherita was a bit too saucy but delicious nonetheless. The maple pig was a nice balance of salty sweet. It is a bit of a fork and knife pizza. The sweet bacon was reminiscence of Chinese BBQ Pork. The mushroom was my personal favorite as a mushroom lover. The mushrooms was fragrant and tasty with a nice crispy crust.

Unique pizza and craft cocktail joint. They excel at both. The pizzas are the thin crust sized for one person. The meatballs are good. Especially the sauce. PRO TIP: If your drink calls for sweet vermouth, ask for Carpano Antics. Check out my profile for more great eateries and cocktail bars. ✌🏼✌🏼

I like this location a lot better than their Lake Oswego’s location. Plenty of seats both inside and outside. Pizza and service was amazing. This time we tried their desserts too and it didn’t disappoint. Will be back for sure.

Picked it up and went to the hotel rooftop nearby. Fantastic pie with tons of flavor from the ingredients. You end up taking more time to capture all the flavors. Honestly worth savoring every bite while you strap in.

I thought the pie would be small but it's much more than you think with the crust.

Only visiting but with the amount of flavor that you get with a short wait for the high temp, quick cook time, I'll probably come back!

Great place for a lunch date. My husband and I shared the Maple pig pizza, which was super delicious. I also ordered the beet salad, which was tasty, but had almost too many beets for one person. Loved the gin cocktail I had. Service was quick and the waiters were friendly and helpful.

Food was good, the pizza crust is VERY good and the meatballs were flavorful. Their house red wine is also lovely. The SERVICE is what I came here to review because I feel as though restaurant service has been on a decline but this place was great. Waitstaff was attentive and kind. I would come back just for that!
