Fantastic Italian food, great service, and atmosphere. Shari was our server, and she was welcoming and attentive. I had the Pasta Sampler, which was great. We all enjoyed our dishes thoroughly. I recommend reservations as it is a very busy restaurant.

I am FLOORED. I’ve been recommended this place by everyone in NWA so I had expectations but I’ve never been so pampered at a restaurant in my life. Our server was Lauren. She was ontop of it the whole time. She was fast, attentive, friendly, and had good menu recommendations. I got the chicken piccata which was a wonderful blend of lemon citrus and Parmesan and capers. My boyfriend got the fettuccine Alfredo and it was so creamy and cheesy and delicious. The food was hot. The cocktails were tall, they serve bread at the table and is the best bread I’ve ever had at a dinner service. The owner is the one who sat us as well as cleared our ticket. The owner was also extremely kind and friendly. I’ve never had such a pleasurable dining experience, and eating out is my hobby. love love love!!

Food is delicious, portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the bread and dipping oil is incredible. Great spot for a date night or to take the family to. Can’t go wrong with their homemade meatballs. 🤤

We went therefor first time and we were impressed by food and service. The food tasted fantastic. They brought special bread at the beginning and was delicious. Also the price was good. And one more thing, dessert was fresh and tasty. Highly recommended

The food is so worth the wait!! Everything taste so fresh and homemade. The staff was so amazing and made me feel at home. One of the best places to get pasta in NWA! The calamari was so delicious but the mushrooms are a show stopper!

Food was fantastic was very authentic Italian. Service was unmatched and had a very comfortable atmosphere. Recommend to book reservations as this place stays fairly busy during dinner service.

If you are wanting the fast food- Olive Garden style food this is not the place to go. The food, including the sauce is made to order. It will take a bit to get your food, but it is well worth the wait. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere and great staff. Will definitely be visiting again. I will state this again, if you are expecting your food to be out in 10 minutes you should look elsewhere.

How was this my first time at Pastafina?! This is definitely a hidden gem for the Lowell/Cave Springs area. They were very busy when we arrived for a late lunch on a Sunday (glad we made reservations). I highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. The sauce was amazing. All the desserts were fantastic. My mom is usually a harsh critic of cannoli, but they passed her test as well. I want to know if I can order an entire limoncello marscapone cake to go? So good. Large portions so we are still enjoying leftovers. Go hungry ;)

You really need to make reservations. It didn't sit well with me so many went ahead! But otherwise my gosh this place is simply amazing. The food is soooooo good. You absolutely have to try it!!! Food is amazing. Our waitress was extremely friendly! I wish I remembered her name. Dessert was absolutely best I've ever had!!!! Even the wait was worth it. Go! Sit and enjoy. The place is for sure the real deal.

Took a long time to get a table, but once we were finally seated, service was amazing and the food was to die for. They also brought us some dessert to try on the house.

We've been to Pastafina a few times. It's good. It's worth going back to. But what caused me to write this review was what happened today. It's been raining and generally is gross outside. My partner and I were out for a walk, and she fell. She scraped up her hand and her knee. We were in the area, and far from home. Having had good experiences here, I hoped that I could ask for help, before we could make it home. I could. I asked for a few supplies from their first aid kit, and the gentleman I spoke to let me take the kit back to my partner to see what she needed. We took a few antiseptic pads and an aspirin, and brought the kit back. It was the willingness to help us folks that weren't at the moment customers, the quality of folks working there, that means the most to me. We will be sure to patronize Pastafina more regularly than we have because of the generosity we saw today. Thank you, Pastafina.

I had Salmon and Shrimp Piccata. I love the dish as it's light and fresh and the salty from the cappers is the perfect pairing.

This place is amazing. I love everything on the menu. Very rich flavor, best Italian restaurant in NWA! Excited to try out the new patio this spring! Just Wait until you taste the bread. They make a great old-fashioned as well.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant, I dare say it’s the best I’ve ever had. My husband usually gets the Alfredo and is alway happy, I get something different every time I come and I am always happy and satisfied with the outcome. Oh and is Bennie awesome, be sure to take the time to say hello.

Lovely, paced service with amazing homemade pasta dishes. On our first visit I had chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Lest you think that's quite a boring dish to order, I always use this basic cream sauce on my first visit to any Italian restaurant to get a feel for the overall quality of food there. If a restaurant can serve an excellent Alfredo, the rest of the dishes are sure to please as well. The Alfredo sauce at Pastafina was seasoned perfectly with parmesan and garlic slivers. It paired perfectly with the fresh-made fettuccine noodles and grilled chicken. The chicken portion was very generous, and the chicken itself was juicy and had a nice grilled flavor. When you are seated you'll get a large yeast roll with garlic butter and parmesan, along with a side of dipping olive oil and balsamic vinegar with basil. I'm glad the service is paced to allow time for each course to settle in; definitely not rushed there, so make sure you have a little extra time to enjoy the fresh food and relaxing atmosphere.

Very cute place! Such a cozy atmosphere! The food was great, and the waitress was fast and attentive. Definitely recommend getting a reservation, or coming very early, as the seating is limited and wait times can be long.

Best Italian food in the area. The lobster/shrimp ravioli was incredible and the bread they bring to the table is wonderful. Every dish brought to our table looked great. My only recommendation is to get reservations if you can because the few times I've been here I have waited 40-70 minutes for a table

The wait was a little long, we didn't have reservations. I suggest you make reservations. The restaurant is nicely decorated and very clean. Our waitress was wonderful. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was delicious. My grandson ordered salmon and said it was very good. I would definitely go there again.

Amazing Italian restaurant at an interesting location. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly.

I got the pasta sampler, which includes a bit of lasagna, meat ravioli, and manicotti. It was fantastic. The rolls served before the meal were also incredible, some of the softest I've ever had. For desert I got the cappuccino fudge cake and it was as good as every other food item I had.
