Courtyard by Marriott Bentonville Rogers Promenade

Check in was easy. The front desk clerk was personable. He was easy to talk to and was very friendly. The hotel was clean and the rooms were modern and very nice. The shower was huge and was nice. I would stay here again for sure. It is kinda set off away from main road so not a lot of noise.

Very nice upscale contemporary hotel built within past few years. I enjoyed the “open lobby, bistro, business center, etc”. The rooms were great with a large comfy 2 person “lounge” sofa which pulled out into a bed. All the TV’s through the Hotel were 55” TV’s which is extremely hard to find TV’s this big in hotels!! The WiFi was free for all guests. The hotel had lots of indoor and outdoor “lounging areas”. I was disappointed that the pool was an outdoor pool as it was obviously closed during our visit over Christmas Holiday.
The hotel did not have “complimentary breakfast” and I was extremely confused how breakfast worked since every booking site had “add breakfast for $____ per day”. The prices ranged from $15 on one site to $65 on another site. Luckily we chose NOT to add a breakfast plan. The hotel has a cook to order breakfast menu (see photos for prices). You order at the counter and they give you a number and the waitress served us. Lots of comfortable seating. I had 2 slices of French toast, Everything Bagel, 1 scrambled egg, and bottle of OJ for $24. I felt this was EXTREMELY reasonably priced for cook to order. The food was EXCELLENT! The only negatives so far to the stay were a few design flaws (no fan in bathroom, open shower concept (rather than glass door)) some reviews said water pressure was low. I felt the pressure was “normal”. It could have been stronger, but I felt it was fine for a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Aidin at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. The pool was nice and so was the fire pit. The beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept in at a hotel and the room/lobby was so clean.

We already knew there wouldn’t be a continental breakfast, since most Courtyard Marriotts don’t have that. It’s also clearly stated on the Marriott website so this part didn’t bother us at all.

This is probably one of the nicest Marriott's that I have stayed at in a long time. You can definitely tell that this building is newer with all the construction going on around it.

The room was nice and clean. The shower was updated and the bed was comfortable. I will warn you, though, the shampoo and conditioner that they provide in the shower made clumps of my and my co-workers hair fall out. I'm not sure if this is a common thing, but I would not recommend it.

Breakfast options were good and the Starbucks coffee is always a plus. If I am traveling in the area, I will stay here!

Rooms:
The hotel is still fairly new and the rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. Everything was very clean.

Service:
The hotel bar is great and the front desk staff was helpful during both stays. During our last stay we had an issue with our TV. After staff attempted to resolve the issue in our room without any luck, we were quickly moved to a different room with abundant apologies. So polite, so helpful, really all-star service.

Location:
Dining, shopping, breweries, distilleries, all are within a 5-15 minute drive from this amazing location. It was the number one reason we booked here the first time, and a huge factor in why we came back. If you are looking for a great location for a getaway this is it.

I had a 3 day stay for business. Good location. A few food options that are walking distance and others are less an a 10min drive. Rooms are clean. Keyless entry to the rooms with your phone.

Convenient to shopping and dining. Clean and comfortable! Highly recommended!

Rooms are new and clean.Bed very comfy. Salt water pool very nice. Front desk nice and efficient. You are basically next to a shopping center. A very nice shopping area, but a shopping center. I guess it is better than being right next to the freeway. Highly recommend,

Visited to go to a concert at the Walmart AMP. Was a great place to stay, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The gym was also nice and spacious.

Brand new hotel located in a quickly growing area of Bentonville. Modern design with higher end amenities. The room layouts are an upgrade from your everyday/typical hotel room and bed configurations. The bathroom features a stylish open ended glass door on shower which surprisingly kept the bathroom floor dry. Artistic whole wall art above the bed is a nice touch. Open air lobby has plenty of comfortable seating with cool furniture designs. While is was too cold to experience the outdoor patio during my stay, they did a great job with the build. From the stamped concrete floor to the eye-catching 15ft long gas fire pit feature, the patio design was well thought out and has a great ambiance. The shadow box fence surrounds the patio for privacy as well. Solid breakfast options and a solid bar. Overall a very nice experience.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed 3 nights and not a single complaint. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one very petite woman was there mostly when we were there and it always seemed like she was running around trying to do everything all while having a chipper attitude and being super friendly. Came for mountain biking and this was a great place to rest.

Long drive from Chicago to Rogers, AR but we made it at 5:30 AM.
James check us in and even tried to give us comp for our room since we missed a day. Staff are super friendly. Hotel is pretty new. Clean rooms and well organized. Big hands to James even the GM did not approve the comp. Thank you James for making our first visit to AR enjoyable. 5 Stars!

This Hotel is new, it opened October 28th 2019, and I was there their second weekend of their opening. The Hotel is gorgeous both inside and out. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms are nice and in the shower they have Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The staff was also very helpful when I called down to ask about them having contact solution. The location was great, you're in walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and a mall. The outdoor lounge area with the fire pit was amazing and they also have an outdoor saltwater pool(it was too cold to swim😔). The hotel has a bar inside and they also have a bistro that's serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. The breakfast burrito and their burger was really good but their appetizer meatballs were amazing. They also have a few Starbucks drinks to choose from but not the full Starbucks menu. Overall the aesthetic of the hotel combined with the location and awesome staff and food services they had I would most definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I loved my stay at this hotel so much I asked to book another stay later next year.

Super clean! Lots of places to take a meeting while enjoying a tasty breakfast or enjoy an afternoon cocktail on the patio with a fireplace. Friendly staff, plenty of parking and close to airport.

Exceptional service. Rooms are sleek and up-to-date w/a much more welcoming smell than typical hotels and were absolutely spotless. Beds are really comfortable(always a huge plus for me). You get exactly what you pay for here.

We stay here each time we come through town and this time we were able to stay a few nights. Pleasant staff, clean facilities, and close to everything. We spent a few days mountain biking around town so looking forward to next year.

Clean and friendly. We had 3 motorcycles and they aloud us to park under the overhang. They have a bar that closed at 10 on a Friday. Wish that would have stayed open later. We would have dropped some more $$$ there. Instead we ran to the local liquor store and set out back by a really nice fire pit. Will stay here again.

As far as Courtyards go, this is a beautiful new property. Bistro for light dining fare, expansive fitness area with all new equipment (and an ample supply), pool area with nice oversized gas firepit outside, market for snacks/drinks in the lobby, lots of space in the lobby and meeting rooms.

Everybody I met on staff was fantastic and everywhere I visited on the property was immaculately clean. The location is great for access to I-49 and loads of nearby shopping, restaurants and bars.
