Friendly excellent service with very good food!!! Dill pickle sticks,, onion rings, Apple pecan salad with grilled chicken, and the Rocket hamburger!!!

Great place to eat in La Grande. I had the patty melt and it was excellent, compliments to the back of the house. Elyse was my server and she was awesome: beer, food, check, all in step.

Very comphy plaze! Lol. Fun here. Edit! Had not been here in some time. Was yet again impressed with the food and service. I was surprised how good the "Bud" burger was. I was expecting pretty standard bar fare but heck no! This was great! Every part of our night out and the yummy dinner we had was definitely above par. Thank you! We will be back more often.

This place is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I traveled to La Grande Oregon for work and I tell you this the best in town. Order a appetizer it was enough to feed 4 ppl and I still had leftovers, can't remember my waitress name but she had excellent customer service love this place. Going back today

We love this place not just for the great food...love the French dip with mushrooms n cheese. By the way the mushrooms were amazing. Great choice of beer and cider on draft. But our favorite part was our server Dakota or Koda for short. We loved him. Helpful, supportive, nice, just great.

What a hidden gem. Passing through on a north west trip through the states! Food was just amazing and prices were great. We had the southwest salad and a moon burger. Could not finish! Best salad I have ever had! Keep up the great work!

Great service, very clean and the AC felt great. I had the pork quesadillas and my wife had the shrimp wrap. Food was great and the portions are huge! We could only eat half and I can put food away!

Had been avoiding this place for a while cause the last 3 times I was there it was awful. Decided to give it another try cause I know how good they used to be and it was fantastic! Service was awesome as well.

Loved visiting Bud’s. Excellent steak…and the veggies were amazing. Seemed like they grilled the veggies which was unique. Loved the garlic mashed potatoes as well. Would highly recommend !

Great service with amazing burgers and hand cut fries. We also love going on taco night, they are good and inexpensive.

I’ve been stuck here in La Grande for a wk looked everywhere for a place to go sit down Eat Drink and unwind Well Buds is Definitely the place to Eat Drink and Relax Massive Steak Fully Loaded Potatoe n Dam Good Bourbon 🥃 for this Area Very well priced , Thanks for the Night and I’ll hopefully see this place still in Operation next time I’m headed West God Bless You and the Volunteers during this Sad Time 🙏🥃 and Back again Half Rack of Ribs omg off the Chain Thanks again Mr Bud 👍🥃

I only regret not asking for her picture. Food is great. Service even better. Her million smile and heart of gold have changed my life. She's got more wisdom than half the people my age. She's half my age. What an inspiration. So when you visit this place and you should and you order the steak bites and you should and when a lady serves them to you with a smile, a sense of humor, and compassion for strangers. Then you'll know you've met Aspen. I miss her already.

PS the homemade croutons are wonderful

They have a large menu and a superb bar. It's a great place for a relaxing meal in a friendly atmosphere with some surprises on the menu that are only available certain days. :-)

Rib eye cooked to perfection, baked potato excellently prepared, vegetables cooked well also. Lisa, my Server was cheerful, professional and timely in checking on everything. Definitely recommend this place if you are in town for the night or full time. Will be back whenever staying in or near LaGrande! Thanks Bud Jackson's!

Friday night is the good to sometimes great prime rib and clam chowder is best around these parts
