Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas - Hotel, Spa & Convention Center

I Love Embassy Suites, especially the Northwest Arkansas location. Very clean rooms & hotel. The Complimentary Breakfast was Amazing! The Food Service Manager, Destiny, Really runs a tight ship. All food was Fresh & Tasty with food stations continuously being filled. There's even an Omelet Station (fully staffed) awaiting Your special order. Everyone in our party thoroughly Enjoyed their own creations. I plan on staying again soon!

When I arrived these ladies made sure I was in my room early. So polite and professional! Thank you ladies!! Shout out to Carolina and Melody! Hospitality is a hard job. Keep up the good work. And we CAN NOT FORGET Julie!!! She makes the best Fresh breakfast. Let’s give a shout out to Steve!! Our short order Chef!! He made sure we are fed and no one went home hungry!! How could we ever forget Diana our Bartender for the last 4 nights!!! Our Seminar had about 150 people!! Your staff has given our group an amazing time! So pleased to have been to Northwest Arkansas and can’t wait to come back to the Embassy!!

This hotel adopts a convention center style, featuring a captivating open atrium design and elevators that offer a scenic journey to the top floors. The breakfast served each morning is consistently impeccable, adding a delightful touch to the stay. While some amenities may reflect a slightly older style, the overall experience is nothing short of fantastic. The unique combination of architectural charm and excellent breakfast makes for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We were beyond pleased with our stay! We booked a standard king room, but were surprised at check-in with an amazing upgrade. They gave us a beautiful suite and had a concierge keep in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were well taken care of. It was a phenomenal experience!!!

We were here all week on business 160+ people. Your staff was amazing . Melody & Carolina at the front desk were so attentive and quickly resolved any reservation issues. They worked with the housekeeping staff to ensure our rooms were ready, early no less. Your bartenders Diana, Alexis, and Aileen kept our glasses full and conversations interesting. Thank you and your wonderful staff for making our stay with you feel like a home away from home.

This is our second time doing a birthday party here, the staff has been the best, breakfast was good. They are definitely family friendly! Will be booking again! I’m sure the spa tower is a more quiet atmosphere, for people who are traveling for business or other without kids.

We had a large group with 4 soccer teams book and stay for a rainy weekend. The service was better than expected and we would certainly book again if we are in town. Breakfast was great, but I'm a sucker for omelet bars. Rooms were a bit dated but comfortable and well stocked.

Clean, great place to stay. Very functional place, nice and roomy. Beds were comfy, breakfast was the best we ever had in a hotel. The view was good, pool was awesome too. Would definitely book here again.

This hotel is more like an experience. I really loved that there was a little store, restaurant, and spa right there inside the hotel. It's your one-stop shop, which is great for people like me who like to get to your hotel first, then figure out dinner. I ordered room service (chicken sandwich, onion rings, and pimento cheese dip). Housekeeping showed up at 8 am. and couldn't understand me when I asked them to return after checkout. The walls were thin between the rooms. I could hear the person on the other side talking on the phone.

I usually spend a few nights here each month. The location is close to many of the large CPGs and reasonably close to Walmart HQ. The corner suites are worth the upgrade if you’re going to be working and would appreciate the extra space. The staff is great; it’s nice to get greeted with authenticity when you’re away from home. Shout out to Jocelyn and Cade at the front desk.

My Favorite Hotel in Roger’s - Bentonville. I only stay at the Embassy Suites when I’m in Roger’s- Bentonville going on ten years. This trip, there was a problem with my reservation. Brett and Crystal at the front desk quickly resolved my problem and booked me in a great room. Room service is great, and the folks in the lounge take great care of you. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too. This is my favorite Embassy Suites hotel, and one my top 5 favorite Hilton hotels worldwide.

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at. I was here for the Northwest Arkansas Comic Con back in January. The hotels workers at the front desk were so friendly and answered all the questions I had. The room I stayed in was the best part. I was expecting to stay in a room with one bed and a bathroom and that was it, but I wasn't expecting to have a suite, which I wasn't going to complain about or say no too. The bar with the free drinks and snacks were really cool. The food I had at the bar was really good. I didn't have any alcohol due to attending by myself and taking to much medication. The breakfast buffet was great as well. I was expecting like cereal and maybe orange juice and not biscuits and gravy and omelets. I ended up getting me some bacon and biscuits. Next time the comic con comes back to Rogers, I will be back and I will stay here again for sure. Thank you Embassy Suites for making me feel so welcome!

Stayed last night, we were going to the AMP and it was a perfect location for that. The rooms were very nice. Ours did have a tub drain that was very slow. During showers the water got up to your ankle. The front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. The morning breakfast was full of options and they have a make your own omelet. I just had fresh fruit and it was ripe and juicy.

I was in town for a Walmart Open call event and was staying the night there. I needed to get some pitch presentations printed out. They do not have a print station, Georgia from the front desk went above and beyond and helped us get the materials we needed for our presentation.

The free breakfast was convenient and has your basic assortments of coffee, toast, variety of juices, fresh fruit and made to order omelette!

Hotel was a great place for our conference and my board will meet with management for a full review. HOWEVER, this review is to give credit to Julie at the omelet bar. Her positive attitude, gracious customer service skills, as well as her amazing omelets always started my day off right! You are fortunate to have her as the face of your hotel!

Miss Destiny Ziegler was the greatest help and she had everything organized on time she's a fantastic employee you right you hired the right person she's doing a fantastic job the breakfast was 10 out of 10 a job well done for Miss Destiny I give her 10 stars at a 5 amazing job for just one person

This hotel is in a great location and close to so many activities. The staff is always friendly and attentive as well as the rooms and facilities are very clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites at Pinnacle Hills! Julie at the breakfast station always greeted my family and I in the morning. Her pleasant demeanor was fantastic and she never hesitated to be helpful. Not to mention her omelettes were amazing every morning! Thank you so much!!!!!
