Practically Enlightened You

I was deeply desiring a session with someone who would be fully present with me without pushing or pulling or trying to fix, and Sharon was that for me. She emanates a warmth and kindness, and listened to me so deeply, the insights I received in the session have worked me ever since. She guided me through processes that helped me hear the inner truths I wasn’t quite getting to on my own, and that also uncovered emotions I hadn’t fully realized I was feeling. Working with her was one of the safest experiences I’ve had with any practitioner. I’d recommend Sharon to anyone who is desiring to hear their own wisdom, receive their inner truth and grow.

Sharon's yoga retreat was amazing from start to finish! Actually even before the start, as she provides pre-retreat meetings to connect with other attendees and share detailed info that makes you feel so comfortable and excited for upcoming adventure! We were so cared for and nurtured with everything taken care of! The resort is beautiful and the staff there some of the best I've seen in all my travels! Sharon's yoga classes were wonderful, and she is a master of meeting all participants needs! I especially loved the flow from day to day and interconnected discussions around our retreat theme. The other activities were also wonderful and again so well-planned, all you need to do is show up! Sharon has thought of everything! Many retreat participants are repeat guests, and I can certainly see why! This trip has life-changing potential and I know I will return again!

A slice of paradise for body, mind and spirit. That is what the Yoga retreat with Sharon was for me. Yoga twice daily, great meals, sweet and helpful resort staff, walks along the beach and my favorite - indulging myself in the hammock while watching the surf! I'm so glad I treated myself and I will be back next year!
