The pharmacist, Rick, is kind, generous and knowledgeable. I went in today for some OTC medication for allergy like symptoms and he was awesome! I also had an extensive list of items on my shopping list and I was able to purchase everything on it. CVS often offers great coupons and deals which I always utilize as well.

The drive thru pharmacist, Samuel, was so helpful! They hadn't started on our prescription yet, but he made sure there wasn't a line and filled ours immediately. So grateful I could get my son home and on his antibiotics a little sooner. Thank you!!

Great customer service! I switched from another pharmacy who could not seem to do anything right. The difference was obvious. Everyone is kind and helpful everytime.

I'm always greeted at the door by the staff. The pharmacy is very busy but all the people working are totally professional.

I have just been diagnosed type 1 diabetic and at the time of this post have not been able to get in to see the diabetic educator. The pharmacists took time to explain all my meds and proper instructions even though he had a line. I'm not being dramatic when I say that meant so much to me I could cry. My own doctor can't be bothered to take time to educate me on my new life changing diagnosis but this man who has a line made the time to help keep me safe. Thank you!

Minute Clinic
The two ladies who operate the Minute Clinic are both excellent! I have used the clinic a handful of times and the wait is short and the Doctor are fantastic. So give it a try, but have them send your scripts somewhere else.

Pharmacy
The pharmacy is very busy (overwhelmed). If you need anything beyond what you can achieve with a cell app, laptop or automated phone system you are screwed. The staff seems taxed and apathetic if a request comes from a dreaded human. After calling 5 times and talking to them once in person in the last 48 hours, I instructed my Dr office to send the scripts elsewhere. I'm confident that the pharmacy team will be pleased at this news. Their entire pharmacy operation fails miserably if required to go beyond the low hanging fruit. I suspect this has more to do with CVS culture than the nice folks who work at this store.

Farewell my dear CVS! But I will still use the Minute Clinic and avoid the sub-par pharmacy.

I recently traveled to Santa Fe and forgot to pack my meds. My doctor called the scripts into this CVS store. The auto response to the scripts was that it was too soon to refill. However, the pharmacy staff, recognizing the situation, promptly filled the scripts and had me on my way in 10 minutes. Thank you all so much for the assistance.

I went to the Minute Clinic yesterday for a Covid check. I saw Ms. Sisneros, the nurse practitioner. She provided outstanding medical care — with both questions and explanations. She was well informed and professional. You had better believe that I will recommend her to all my friends here in Santa Fe. CVS is lucky to have her services.

I visited the CVS Minute Clinic and received excellent treatment! The Doctor did a culture to determine the type of bacteria and prescribed medication that I have used before! Today ( 3 day’s after visit) she notified me that the bacteria was resistant to the medication and called in prescription that could be transferred to me in Scottsdale! I have never had a doctor be that thorough! During the visit I appreciated her explanation of the illness and why treating it myself could have serious complications! She as not hurried and her demeanor was calm and helpful!

My husband observed the cashier, Mary Ann, handle a difficult customer with professionalism when he wanted to purchase an item without proper identification. As my husband works in security, he knows how difficult it can be to maintain your cool while being yelled at while still adhering to the laws. Mary Ann held her ground while maintaining a calm demeanor. Good job!

The only thing that I'm unhappy with about this store are the bogus coupons, a complete waste of paper!
Why give coupons for something that you will never purchase and are two or three feet long?
They should give coupons for at least some of the past items that were purchased previously so we could have a chance to use them.
Other than that the employees are great, the managers are usually great.

Love CVS! When I tore my left ACL, CVS suggested that I take advantage of their delivery service. They brought my prescriptions, vitamins, etc., to my door - no added cost!

As an out-of-towner, the pharmacy staff had to do loads of extra work for me to get my prescriptions in. They were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. Never once did they act as though this complicated task was a hassle. How rare and lovely! Thank you all, especially Stephanie!

No issues with transferring prescriptions from another state. Quick fill. No line. Great CVS!

Chris was like a second doctor for me. He remembered my name, took his time, & just made me feel appreciated. Will always be coming back to this CVS because of that

Went to the minute clinic at this CVS. Received good diagnosis and treatment from Alice Sisneros. Other staff appears cheerful and helpful as well.

The store manager Coriz was incredibly helpful in assisting me in locating a specialty prescription they had been misplaced.

Clean organized store with friendly employees. Mrs. Sisernos in the minute clinic does a wonderful job and is a big benefit to our community. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Alice Sisneros, the nurse practitioner, on duty at the Minute Clinic. She is excellent!
