I have heard of many people working here and have never said anything bad but I do have a question so just say I was ro work here what is the quota requirement? I'm only asking because I have worked at places that I have literally gotten fired in the same week of being hired because I could not meet the quota just yet. Is there a write up process before getting fired or how does that work? If you could please help me out I would truly appreciate it thank you.

I love Morrell! Mother of 3 boys, I didn't quite know what target to pick. I wanted to pick a target that would last but we're not so hard core that I should pick a pro-target either! lol. Morrell helped me and gave me some great tips on how to keep my target maintained so I could get the most "life" out of it! I feel great about my purchase!

Ordered a target for my crossbow a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier their targets are top notch and customer service is as well, I only wish the red on this target was a different color it's a little hard to see but a little strip of chartreuse tape cured my old eyes.

I was employed by this company for a month and I did not mind the work. It’s not easy work, but it is fair work for fair pay. The scheduling is perfect for a balanced work and social life. That being said, they go through employees like crazy. If you are looking for a long term job, this is not the place for you. There are for sure people who can’t stand the heat and the hard work. I’ve seen people not last for two hours, but the reason this isn’t a job you’ll be able to keep long term is the poor management. For a factory, a quota is not out of the question. As you should know, there are many different targets that this company produces and the employees are responsible for producing all the different kinds. Anyone who can work can hit their quota on most of the targets they produce no problem, but about the time you get into your rhythm with one target they would switch you to a different one to make. So one would need time to find their rhythm making a different one after making a specific one for some time. As for me, I was put on the small targets to which I had hit quota for the weeks I worked on them. Then suddenly, I was moved to a much larger target, a third into my work week. I had never made this target and I performed poorly the first day but the rest of the week I did more each day. The very next week I received a written warning about my quota. I can understand quota just fine and I agree there should be one, but this specific incident reveals that even a worker like me who always showed up on time trying to work their best was not respected by the company. To put it simply. If you haven’t noticed the problem. You can do good on a target. Then get switched. Get a written warning. Start doing good on that target. Get switched. Get a written warning. Until you have no more warnings left. I quit once I had realized this problem. It also appears that workers who can do the work and the heat lasted only about a month as well. Coincidentally, after a month is when insurance benefits start to kick in. I can’t say for certain that there is a conspiracy, but just something to take notice on.
