Took a rock and of course my deductible was $500 so I was out of pocket. Safelight was $379 and local auto glass stores were $250 and up, but I was lucky to find Auto-Glass Inc. They came to my house and did a simply OUTSTANDING job for $210. Mitch is so good at this and very professional. If you need a new windshield, this is the place to call!!!

My initial decision to do business with this company was solely based on the fact that the services were cost efficient and the turn-around time was fairly quick, but today, I experienced true customer service that has made me a loyal customer forever!

I travel for work quite often. My commute is at least 110 miles a day, sometimes more. That being said, its almost impossible to keep my windshield completely free of damage.

In December, I had the windshield replaced. Just last week while commuting to work, my windshield was hit by a rock, and it chipped (Or, so I thought). Erring on the side of caution, I called and scheduled to have the chip filled to prevent it from cracking and spreading across the entire windshield. Delayna set me up to have the tech come to my home (score!), which was very convenient; he showed up, examined the window and explained to me that what I thought was a chip from the rock was actually just a pit in the windshield. There was nothing to be fixed. When I expressed my concerns further, he explained that he could "fix" what I saw as an issue, but it'd just be highway robbery.

It may seem minute to some, but to me that is EXCELLENT customer service. They are not out to make a quick buck; this is a great business, owned and operated by great people who care about their customers and value their business!

Mitch and his office ladies are fantastic! They beat everyones prices and time lines. We seriously called dozens of places and Auto Glass was able to beat their prices and time to get the job done by far. They've replaced a windshield for us after a rock chip as well as a side window from a weedeater incident. Best part is they come to you! They did my husbands windshield while he worked!

I was told they could not source the glass for my vehicle and that I should check the scrap yards for the part. I asked them if they could perform that service for me, being that they are a glass shop and I am not, they said they don't do that sort of thing. They refused to fix the rear window with plexiglass due to safety, even though I explained that I am on a road trip and need a solution, even if just temporary. At least they didn't suggest that I sell my Jeep and go buy a new one, but that's the tone I got from my conversation with them.
