After a city utilities worker came by my house today and said the city’s automated system had detected a leak between the house and the water meter, I was quite worried that I’d be having a very expensive water line repair bill in the near future. I called Lefty’s for help, and Josiah came by within an hour and found that my front yard water faucet was running, which I was unaware of, and which fixed the problem right away. I really appreciate the quick response as well as the good news, and I will definitely be calling on Lefty’s from now on!

Ryan was the tech and he is an absolute gem. He was polite, identified and repaired the problem, cleaned up, answered all of my questions and went on his way. Easy breezy! Highly recommend.

We've used Lefty's three times for repairs on our 100-year-old home and they've been fantastic every time! Recently, we had a water leak on a Friday afternoon and even though they didn't have an opening, the receptionist told us she see if they could fit us in at the end of the day, which they did. Their plumbers are professional, efficient, and polite. They also leave the repair area very clean which we really appreciate. Highly recommend them!

Dylan and Matt were professional, hard working and nice!! They cleared a clogged drain, repaired pipes in the crawl space and installed a new P-trap. The price was affordable, which is refreshing in today's economy. I highly recommend Lefty's!!

Addendum: May 2024 my hot water died after 13+ years.
Of course Lefty's is who I called. Devon showed up promptly and worked hard to install the new heater and make sure it was up to code. Devon is such a nice man; explaining every thing to me so that I can understand the process. So another excellent 5 stars for Lefty's Plumbimg!!

Very happy to have Lefty's come out and replace my ailing water heater with a tankless system. Brandon and Sean are exactly what you want when hiring a contractor. They work quickly, communicate clearly, answer questions, and leave your space looking clean. Brandon is clearly an expert at what he does and was able to install a new vent system in the attic for the water heater, leaving a clean, inconspicuous reveal out the side of our garage wall. Also, Sean took the time to explain the features of the new system. I could not be happier with the experience and would encourage anyone to book a time with Lefty’s and let them resolve your plumbing needs.

I had a couple of The Lefty's guys in my establishment having dinner and someone had broke a pipe in the men's wall and they jumped to my rescue and capped it so I didn't have water continuously running out of my wall. They saved the day and I am very appreciative of their willingness to help!! Thank you!!

We hired Lefty's for a huge job on our 80+ year old house. They installed a new mainline, all new pipes to replace galvanized, and replaced the cast iron stack. As if that wasn't enough, they also plumbed a bathroom addition in our upstairs (rough in). This addition was tricky as it required coordination with a structural engineer to ensure the joists were cut in the right locations. They were able to add the new bathroom without having to drop our ceiling or cut into any of our lathe and plaster walls. Inspection was passed without issues. The cost of all this was very reasonable compared to others that tried to upsell us every step of the way. Everyone we've worked with has been helpful and responsive. We'll be calling Lefty's for all our plumbing work.

Ryan was GREAT! Very professional and friendly. Lefty's does FREE Estimates - unlike most we found. One company quoted us a $1200 flat rate, and we paid Lefty's $440.00 which included the new faucet and parts. I trusted their expertise to pick out what we needed and they delivered. Most other companies we reached out to didn't bother to call us back. I can't say enough great things about this company, and they do give plumbing a GOOD name. Highly recommend.

Lefty's did a major job for us, replacing all of our pipes. I got 4 estimates, and they gave the best. They did the job quickly and well -in fact, they went above and beyond to please a fussy customer. I'll definitely use them again!

Josiah from Lefty's Plumbing fixed multiple issues in a short amount of time. I had some miscellaneous questions about the plumbing in my home and he was very friendly and educational. Lefty's worked me in earlier than I was originally scheduled, which I really appreciated. They send a text with the approximate arrival time of their technician when they are on their way, which I like. The price is competitive with other plumbing companies and I also like that they give you a price after they take a look at the situation and you are under no obligation.
In my situation, the price was less than estimated as it was not necessary to replace the faucet cartridge to fix the leak. Highly recommend.

Had a leaky sink and called around. I bought my own faucet and just needed it installed. I first called a company that quoted me 300 dollars as a standard kitchen faucet install cost. A friend recommended Lefty’s and I am so glad they did! Duane was the best plumber ever, he was super nice and wicked fast! He came early, and finished it in an hour and only charged $150. Lefty’s saved me $150 dollars! Office staff was prompt and Duane the plumber was top notch. If anyone asks me for a plumber I will always say Lefty’s. Thanks for saving me money!

Lefty's did a fantastic job installing our new tub/shower and surround. Josiah came out and first replaced our old leaky pipes. We were very pleased with the honest and reliable contractor they sent out to build a wall and replace damaged flooring. Next, between Ashley and Josiah, we got just the surround that we needed. Ashley was really interested in making sure we got just the surround our family needed and was very understanding and patient with me changing my mind a few times. Dwayne came to install the toilet when we were ready and did an awesome and clean job. He also took care of a handle on our other toilet while he was here. These guys are kind, clean and professional and they do great work. We'll have them back out when we're ready to install the vanity!

They called and asked if they could come a day early as another job wrapped up. Came within an hour and completed two jobs in 3 hours. Dylan was very conscientious and made sure everything was done well, area cleaned, and met my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again for future jobs.

We had an emergency with the hot water faucet in the tub. When called, we were first told everyone was out of the area but they found someone to get to our house quickly. They were fast and efficient and had everything working well in no time!! Oh, yes, we recommend them!

There was a freak accident outside our home late December 23rd when someone crashed into the street lamp outside our home and the displaced pole broke the underground water line. City of Salem came first thing this morning, Christmas Eve, shut off the water, told us it was our problem and said "good luck." We called everyone that we could find that had emergency plumbing service, to no avail. My husband put out a Facebook post and an acquaintance saw the post, called her brother who is a general contractor, and he called Brandon at Lefty's. Brandon called us a few minutes later and was at our house at 5pm Christmas Eve. He was able to restore our water service within the hour. Brandon and his assistant saved our Christmas weekend and are our Christmas miracle! :) Thank you!!!!
