I purhased two pairs of sandals this summer and they are so comfortable. I need a new pair of tennis shoes so I will be going back soon. People are so helpful and the prices are great. So glad I found a shoe store that has so many choices.

I’ve purchased 2 pairs of shoes here in a month. The sales lady with the tattoos is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and pretty awesome. She deserves a huge raise/promotion.

Greeted immediately upon entering the store and I was asked if I needed assistance at all...didn't know i had a $10 credit towards my purchase so I was pretty stoked that their rewards program really is useful!

This is a very freindly store with good prices. The employees are willing to go the extra mile to find you the shoes that work for you, and they do it with a smile! I would definitely recommend Famous Footwear the next time you need shoes. They also have good coupons if you sign up with the rewards card, and don't forget to check their website for coupons before you check out. :)

Shoes shoes shoes! We had a great time and ended up with two pair thanks to the clearance Bogo deal. Our cashier was very pleasant and really kept the attention of my 4 year old daughter. Many people dismiss kids at check out which ends in more stress for us parents. I truly appreciate a bit of social distraction for my daughter when it comes to shopping. Not sure if this is a training technique or just an awesome person you all got lucky with.

I went in with a printout of the shoe I wanted. The young woman that helped me knew where it was. Took a couple boxes to get the right size and I was out in less than 10 minutes. So glad they had the work shoe I needed because I start a new job tomorrow.

They actually have more than one kind of no tie shoelaces which for someone that's handicapped i know that's an awesome prospect!
