Super nice employees and they really helped me out! I called 3 other places in town for tire service and all were busy until April, but AR tire and wheel was able to get my car in immediately and serviced the same day. Highly recommend them!

My extended family has used Arkansas Tire for 5+ vehicles and we have all been extremely satisfied with their expertise and customer service. I want to thank everyone at Arkansas Tire for repairing my truck while on vacation in Hot Springs. Bolts fell out of left front brake caliper and I was in a bind, these guys fixed me up at a super low price and superior service from all involved. They did what was best for me and my family to get us home safely. They also checked the other brakes to make sure I did not have any further issues. Pretty handy to have McDonalds next door while you wait as well. Next time I am in town I will stop by to say thanks again!

Got a flat while traveling from out of state. Stopped in the Friday morning after Thanksgiving and they were able to patch me up within an hour. Fair pricing, great work, and most importantly, peace of mind that I was was able to safely drive back to Ohio. Highly recommend!

I took my 90 yr old grandad to a dr appt on way home close to shop my tire went flat. I pulled into the tire shop and those guys saved the day within 35 minutes. Not only did they fix the tire but those guys did it with my grandad in the car. They saved my day. Get you some tires from these guys they are genuine!!!

These guys are great. I had a backhoe tire come off in the middle of the field. Called at 8:15 on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend. Chad was on site within an hour, and had me fixed within an hour of that. Mr. Gillham and his crew are great to work with.

Went in for a set of four tires and they found that I had bad brakes and a bad rotor. What I admired about the service is Chad told Rick that there was a bad rotor and they both informed me of the issue and showed me the problem and explained it to me. They ordered the parts and installed it in a VERY timely manner. I appreciate their looking out for me and my safety and for the very fair deal they gave me. I appreciate their hard work.

On a saturday, Rick got us taken care of on a small patch really fast. Maybe there for a little puncture for like 10 mins max maybe. Service was great, can tell they are family friendly. Havent been to a more considerate place like this in a while. For hot springs though, I highly recommend it.

We had a tire leak on our Class A RV during our vacation. We pulled in around 8:30am and were promptly attended to. The tire attendant was very courteous and knowledgeable. We give very high praise and highly recommended. Excellent service.
