They arrived within an hour of me calling about a toilet that wouldn't flush and couldn't be plunged. The gentleman was courteous and did NOT treat me like I I was stupid. He quickly got the drain unclogged and everything in working order. He went above and beyond checking things to make sure we were good to go. I will definitely reach out to them again.

Ray there at toto rooter was fantastic! I called for a couple minor repairs and he took the extra step of checking out all my plumbing systems and noticed a leak on my water heater. He fixed it all up right and we are good to go now.
Also he was supposed to be here in the afternoon but they called me and asked if they could come early.
Ray also gave me some great advice on a few things regarding plumbing.

Complete rework of soil piping below water closet. With water closet replacement. Raymond was professional and honest. His work was not an easy task, however his knowledge prevailed. I would recommend him for anyone's plumbing issues.

Thanks to Jon and Jordan from Roto-Rooter in Van Buren, the leak in my front yard has been repaired! Despite running into a few unforeseen problems, they were able to replace a substandard pipe that was installed by the previous owner. I now have the correct plumbing underground that will last. Jon and the other guy with him were wonderful! They quickly and effectively got the job done. My garbage disposal had come a part so they repaired that and they also replaced a 15 year old water heater after giving me all of my options. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to any friends or family!

Had a burst pipe in my crawl space, tech came out within a day right on time and got the pipe fixed for us and for a very competitive price! I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of quick service!

I was visiting a friend this past weekend in Ft Smith, AR and she experienced a backed up drain. I had used Roto-Rooter in the past at my own home in Florida and had a very positive experience so I suggested that she call them. We were not disappointed. Seth arrived within an hour of our call and cleaned the main sewer line. He was very professional, informative and showed great care for my friends home.

Ramon came out to put a toilet in, fix a drain pipe, and sewer drainage. I was told by 2 other plumbers that they could not clear the drainage. But he could, pulling out alot of roots. Overall surprised and grateful.

We really appreciate Jon coming out to fix everything. It was a mess of repair work needed under our house, but he was really diligent to complete the repairs while double checking his work and educating us on some of the related piping/venting issues. Super pleasant guy...thanks again Jon!!

My Technician Jon was amazing. Very knowledgeable in his work. He worked hard and never gave up even tho I had a very stubborn clog. He tried everything he could and finally got things working again. Both of our toilets overflowed at 11 at night. Raymond came out even though it was late, and was very helpful and considerate. He fixed the sewage problem.
