Rent One

My experience with Rent One especially with Kelly was amazing. It was quick and easy. The delivery was right on time and with no delays. Also if they need to come earlier is a plus for me. I would recommend this company.

Honestly there's no problem with rent one but when you miss a payment they will constantly bug you like a groupie over a couple of bucks and threaten to take the item you're renting from them for 30 days after almost being done paying for it. Pretty petty if you ask me but other than wining like a baby who lost their pacifier the staff is good and they have excellent items. Great store.🤣👍

I have nothing but great things to say. I walked in at 9am the manager n her co workers took 15 to 20 mins found me a brand new washer n dryer set went out of town got it and had it to me in one day!! I will always be going back to them. Period! Super friendly and don't talk to u like ur stuipd and respectfully. Thank RO!!!

My delivery guy Cody was so sweet, he even unhooked my washer hoses because I couldn't get them off. It was hot outside but he was quick and so very nice to my family.

Came in for an Oculus Quest 2 and was able to get a brand new one. Ambra & Mark were both SUPER helpful and very nice. Couldn’t leave 10 stars so I left 5 🤣 Will definitely continue doing business there.

I had a very pleasant experience, as always. The store manager, Kelly, is the absolute best. I shop there because she’s always so courteous and she makes me feel genuinely appreciated. I own my own business and she’s the epitome of what customer service is all about.

Rent One has been great throughout each of my rental agreements. Through financial difficulties, Anita and Kelly have been amazing at working with me to keep my contracts. We’re finally out of our bad spot and I was able to pay everything off! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you’re in need of furniture ASAP!

Ambra helped me pick out a washer and dryer set that would suit my large family and budget. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Will definitely be back!

They didn't have what I ordered online but she found me a better selection for the same price that was in the store. I'm a first time customer and my experience was awesome. Sasha was amazing. Thanks again Rent one.

Now before I begin let me say I normally pay my bill online because it is just easier to me. That being said, every time I do actually go into the store, I am always treated respectfully and in a timely manner. It is a nice store with nice employees. I'd recommend anyone go there.

Before working here, I actually never visited. Since I've started here, I'll have to say the staff is awesome from the delivery techs all the way to the higher ups in management. As a customer I would do business with them. I'd probably spend my whole paycheck! Taneil is the best sales lady we have. Joanna is awesome for her ability to get customers to make their payments and Kelly and Christy are a wonderful management team! They will go out of their way to make sure a customer is completely satisfied with their rental or purchase. And will do whatever it takes to make sure the customer gets their rental or purchase in a timely manner.

I LOVE rentone. Almost my entire home has been supplied by them. I mostly make my payments online as I'm a busy person. However they are always courteous when I call or need anything. Deliver is fast and professional. They always try to please me. And get what I need/want. I won't go anywhere else.

Great experience! I went in to get a Washer and Dryer and met a very kind and professional associate, Kelly, who explained how everything works and filled in my paperwork for me so I didn’t have to. Excited for them to deliver my washer and dryer this afternoon. :-)

Mrs. Kristy is one of a kind!! She help me from the start. She sat down with me help me find the right livingroom furniture. Ordered it delivered it and even when we had a problem with the recliner they tried to fix couldnt she replaced it with a brand new one!! She has went above n beyond her call to help her customers!! This place is staffed with some of the nicest people. My wife and I purchased 2 TVs and an entertainment center, and they were super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for better service!

Ambra she was very good at her job she took her time to exsplain the different payment methods that you can choose from she show you the equipment that you were buying and told you about the difference in it and another one and let you pick what choice you wanted she didn’t force nothing on you she was very well at her job explain the paper work really well I felt really comfortable with her I would tell anyone to ask for her when they enter the building very nice and friendly you couldn’t ask for a better salesman good job gurl!

Had a very good Experience here my sales person Amy was so nice and helped us with everything we needed. I would give her a 10/10 and the store was very clean. We were in and out the process was smooth. I would recommend rent one to family and friends.
