This company rocks. And the linemen go above and beyond to get service to you. Best electric company around.

This review is based on service provided by a lineman on our property. The work was professional and we were happy with it.

Excellent service for thirty years. Always been very helpful and accommodating. Could not ask for more. Reasonable rates.

Archaic phone system. Website has no information. Sitting in the dark with no heat. Would really like to know why.

Trash company. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone for the longest time. They charged me 297$ for the month of December. I used the heater the whole month so I had no problem paying them that money. I turned off my heater for the whole month of January and the bill still came to 297$. I called and after multiple different calls and supposedly supposed to get called back. They finally answer after I waited while at work and they told me I used more in the kilowatts in the month of January then I did in December but they are still going to charge me the same? Very frustrated and disappointed with this company. Wendy a person that is supposed to help the situation. Did nothing but make it worse. She was more concerned that I cook at home 2 times a week then helping me out with my bill. Explaining kilowatts does nothing when you charge me the same when I “supposedly” used more watts. When the heater was off the whole month. I’m looking forward to moving and changing electric companies. It’s a shame that they can just screw you over and you can’t do anything about cause there’s no other electric companies you can use in the area and they use that to their advantage. That’s why people like Wendy can just not care about the customers cause there’s nothing they can do but move.

Worst power company. Web site is useless. No shut off notices. Rude employees. They just suck. I miss my co-op in Missouri. Months later and nothing has changed. We need another choice for power.

Power goes out about 4-5 times a month and takes hours to be fixed. We lose power pretty much EVERY time there's above average wind. The electricity flickers off and then immediately back on, on average of 5-7 times a week. I know it isn't the wiring in my house because the neighbor's house does it too.

Power is out and trying to pay by text and the system won't let me change credit card info. So then try automated system over the phone and it's acting wacky, saying wrong pmt amount and won't accept my card info, try to talk to a live person and all she does is argue with me about what I know I pushed and of course can't take a payment for me so I try auto system again, doing the same thing. So now after working nights and getting shut off at 9am for $2.03, I have to get up and risk my life driving to some kiosk or to the company which moved all the way to cedarville which is about a 25 min drive one way just to try and make a payment and get it turned back on. Worst company I've dealt with in a while. If you can't make a payment using YOUR automated services, listen to your customers tell you something's wrong, have it fixed and do not argue with people and for Christ sake take a payment for them!!! World is obsolete of good customer service or real people anymore and we rely on these computer systems that are always messing up!!!

I'm trying to pay my utility bill for the month. There's an option for calling (which is automated) and an online pay. I have tried both options so far and the website is down and the automated calling system is down as well. Even the backup operator for the phones is down. This is our first month using this company and its not looking very promising so far. Im being a smartass at this point but I bet If I go into the actual office nobody will be there. Not impressed right now. I really just want ro pay my bill.

Power goes off constantly. At least 4 times a month. Customer service people are rude. To hook up our service when we moved, had to drive all the way to Ozark, over an hour away. They do not make it easy to be a customer.

They trimmed my trees away from power lines torn up my fence in the process in 2018 and won't fix it. So it looks like it's going to be a court battle.
