Robby always exceeds my expectations! Living out of state means I can’t always be there in person to pick out an arrangement. Choosing from a picture online can leave you questioning if it will turn out as pictured... Petals & Stems has never disappointed!

I live in another state and after struggling to order a bouquet for my Mom through an online floral site - I called Petals & Stems looking for help. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted but the staff went out of their way to come up with something she would like. Overall it was a great experience and the bouquet is beautiful! 😊

Received a bouquet of flowers from my son from Petals & Stems. Faye Laufer was the Floral Designer. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous! Each rose and tulip was perfect. Three days later, I am still amazed at the perfection of each flower. Beautifully done.

I called today last minute for a plant for my Uncle’s viewing and I received exceptional customer service. I even received a picture of the plant because I live out of State. I highly recommend ordering from here. It’s the little things!

Robby did a good job with designing and supplying a large order for us. The flowers looked great and were exactly the look we were hoping for.

I can’t speak of the flowers only the awful customer service. The person refused to take my order and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Robby and he was unapologetic and not helpful. I intended to place an order for a $150 bouquet and was treated poorly as if I was buying supermarket flowers.

Stems and Petals has hi-jacked the Google search for UNIQUE FLORIST OF ALMA, AR. Simply trying to get the Google search properly going to the correct search result.
