I’m sorry that I can’t remember the name of the young girl who helped us. She had very long auburn hair. She was very polite and patient with us. She helped us find a great price as well. I had first stopped at a competitor down the street. They were very rude so walking into Emerge was a nice change. Thanks so much!!!

Mrs. Renee and her staff helped me find the perfect dress for my pageant. The store is always so clean every time I’ve gone in there, well organized, and very appealing and easy to find exactly what you’re looking for and if you’re not sure her and her staff are right there helping you. Her selection of different gowns is unmatched, and they honored my price range. All of the gowns are reasonably priced and great quality! The BEST formal store in my opinion in ALL of Arkansas.

Every time I go in this store the staff is so friendly and welcoming! They help all of their customers get set up and help with the dresses so friends and family members that come with them can sit back and enjoy. It’s always a great experience!! Renee is always so helpful and willing to go out of her way to make sure everything is right with whatever it is we need! Amazing place to shop for formals and jewelry! I’ve never had such great customer service anywhere else I’ve been!

If you're looking for a dress and want to feel important, then make sure you stop here. Guys, they have suits and maybe tuxedos too. Renee is the owner, and she knows her designer brands and styles.
This place is a hidden gem downtown in Conway. Walking distance to many restaurants, so make a day of it.

We went to Conway today to help find my granddaughter find a dress for homecoming. We went to one dress shop found a dress but decided to go to Emerge to see what they had before we bought a dress. I'm so glad we went because we walk in they had a large selection of dresses. The lady helping us was very helpful. When my granddaughter was browsing through the racks she saw a dress that caught her eye. After trying it on she came out with smiles saying this is a ballarena dress I love it. She has a unique style so the dress was very flattering. So people when you are looking at the reviews on line for a store don't pay attention to the 3.8 star review because this store should be a 5*

This was my first time shopping for a prom dress, it’s safe to say i struggled but thanks to Paige and MK i found the perfect prom dress. Those girls were so helpful and made me feel good in every dress i tried on no matter if i liked it or not. This is definitely the place that would be my #1 recommendation if someone is looking for a prom dress or just a formal dress. They have such a great environment and a wide variety of dresses. Absolutely amazing customer service! If I ever need a dress again, they will definitely be the people I go to. Their selection is slim, but it's worth it for how friendly the staff is and how affordable the dresses are.

I have loved this store for years! The selection is always amazing! So many sizes, styles, and prices! The customer service is better than any place I’ve been to! They literally make you feel like a princess! Great for pageant, prom, homecoming, and more! They also have accessories and shoes so it really is a one stop shop! They have a casual wear section that has the cutest stuff that I love to check out with every time I go!

We bought prom dress for my daughter there today and can’t be happier! They have a very good selection of dresses, nice and big fitting rooms, staff are very nice and helpful. We felt welcomed and the employee that helped us, Paige, was very helpful and nice.

Renee and her team at Emerge worked professionally and honestly with me while I was preparing for Pure State Pageant, then National pageant and finally Pure Internationals .
