Ordered online and and found out after the size I wanted was out of stock. Ryan’s customer service is amazing! He sent two other sizes for me to try and a paid return envelope for what didn’t fit. The shirt is great quality and so cute too. Earned a repeat customer for sure!!

We ordered recently from Rock City for the first time. We’ve known Ryan and Melanie for a few years, and know that they’re great people. As customers, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that they send an email reply individually, thanking the customer for their order. I know other businesses do this, but it’s usually not from the owner. Also, the shirts were great quality, and arrived very quickly. I’ve already had several comments. Thanks guys for doing such a great job and we look forward to ordering again very soon!!!

I have literally been ordering from Rock City for years and years. There’s no better place to get original, Arkansas related shirts that you’ll love to wear. They print on high quality shirts that last and last!!! I especially love free t-shirt Friday. If you place an order that includes at least one regular priced shirt on a Friday, they choose another design to include with your order. Each time I’ve made a gift order on a Friday, the second shirt has been absolutely perfect. I’m pretty sure my friends liked Rock City's choice better than mine. 😂

I ordered a tank top from Rock City and not only was the customer service amazing, the shipping was on time and delivered just as promised. They even threw in a free (super soft) t-shirt! A great surprise. I would highly recommend ordering from this company. Very satisfied!

Rock City Outfitters is an amazing small business. They go out of their way to make things right if something happens and always makes you feel like the most important customer they have. The quality of products they have are always top notch and they will custom make products for you as well! Always a great experience and a lot of compliments on the shirts I wear.

I ordered a few shirts for the first time recently. After several days, the tracking number that Rock City Outfitters provided still showed that the package had not been sent. I contacted RCO via the chat on their website and Ryan replied quickly. He looked into the situation for me and got a new package mailed out quickly. Fantastic customer service. I will certainly order from them again!

I ordered a couple t-shirts from this awesome Arkansas based business and the hem of one of the shirts began unraveling upon first wash. Sent an email with a picture of the shirt attached to Ryan and I received a new shirt in my mailbox less than 24 hours later. Talk about exceptional customer service!!!

We love the tees & sweatshirts from Rock City. We order on line & have never had anything but prompt friendly service (with a dose of humor! we love it!) The tees are always a comfortable cotton blend & not the wrinkly cheap cotton. We love to support local Arkansans.

I have bought several t-shirts from Rock City Outfitters on different occasions. I love the quality of their t-shirts and they have the coolest, funniest, cutest t-shirts! I have to say I've never missed the mark buying one for a friend or family member for a gift! In fact since I'm the one that introduced them to Rock City Outfitters I get requests from my nieces and nephews asking if I'll buy them a certain t-shirt from Rock City for a birthday or Christmas 😁! That is definitely a testament to them. I've been out wearing one of my Rock City shirts and 9 times out of 10 it gets funny comments from someone about them loving the shirt and starts a conversation. Have about 6 or 7 shirts from these guys. Always soft and comfy. Orders always get here quickly, never had a bad experience. I'm a born and raised Arkansan, so I love this state, and these shirts are a good way to show that off. I'll definitely buy more from 'em in the future.

I live in South Carolina, but my mom is from Arkansas. I’ve been buying her Rock City’s fun shirts for a few years. The shirts are super soft and fit well, and the customer service is really great.

Love the creativity of the shirts, with a side of sarcasm. Comfortable, soft, don’t shrink and true to size. I also enjoy an occasional fanny pack or two. Sent shirts to my friend in Florida to represent the great AR! Great company! Keep doing what you do guys!

Might actually be the best shirt I own. Perfect fit, softest fabric. Don’t tell Ryan but it’s a steal of a deal. Well worth the cost of the shirt. Also these shirts are international. He has been know to donate some shirts to people doing good work in Africa!

I love everything I have ordered from Rock City Outfitters! Every time I wear my Mussle Mania shirt I get asked where it came from (Go Hogs!) and I wear my Arkansas Sunshine shirt multiple times a week. The designs are original and the shirts are some of the most comfortable that you can find. Will be spending plenty of money with RCO in the future!

These guys are RoCkStArS! I have ordered/bought several shirts and they have all been great quality. But the kicker is, when I wasn't going to be able to get my shirt by mail in time, Ryan hand delivered it to me at work. WHAT!?!?! I will continue to give these studs my business.
