Staff is very kind and caring. They get you appointments If you need one the same day. There is a wait. Just like at any Dr's office. I'm going on 8 weeks Going there and it gets better every time. Staff makes you feel safe stress free and so kind. To there hurting patients. And yes it why I'm there being in pain. And the Dr's ease my mind . And pain Thank you all

Had a great experience at the Rogers clinic but the Springdale clinic was very helpful over the phone. The front desk staff was super nice, the nurse was super nice & her bedside manner was great, the X-ray tech was super nice, patient, & gentle with my ankle, the doc was super nice as he listened to me, asked me my thoughts, & covered everything with me. I would definitely go back!

I’m a travel nurse and this is my go-to-place for all my testing - and there’s a lot for each hospital. Service is excellent, staff are so friendly and efficient. I’m astounded there are negative comments! Maybe the patients are just having a “bad hair day.” Thanks to the staff for their kindness and mindfulness.

My husband has been going there for 36 years and has always had a good experience everytime. The doctor who owns the clinic is very good about making sure that his staff treats people well. I've seen the other comments, but that has not been our experience at all. His staff are very nice and helpful, and my husband drives a little bit of a distance, but it's worth it because the clinic has been so nice, professional,
and efficient with him.

When looking at the reviews of previous people I went in with a open mind to do a dot physical an a fitness test .The previous reviews are false or of a spoilt patient .Everyone was nice an friendly an carried on a conversation while preforming there duties.Very professional an respectable.very well explained on both sides .Good job ladies an gentlemen.well done

I really don't understand the bad Reviews I was just there yesterday and the staff was amazing and super friendly It took a while to get everything done but there was also a lot of people ignore these other Reviews it's a very good place

Went in for a pre employment drug screen here. Fastest place I’ve ever been to. In and out in 10 minutes. Nice folks too!

After reading reviews over the weekend I was worried about coming in here but I was pleasantly surprised...EVERYONE that I met and dealt with in here was Extremely nice and helpful....the place was clean and well kept...absolutely no bad issues at all.....

The people that run this place are absolutely amazing and thoughtful. Some of the patients on the other hand are rude and obnoxious.

Dr. B is a cool russian dude. Carring and professional. I advise all local pilots to come here for their medical.
