I am giving this location 5 stars for customer service. Generally when you request something a store doesn't have you're met with crickets from employees etc. Not here! Though they could not accommodate my request, Erik did happily provide me a nice referral to a place that could. In today's society it's always refreshing to find true great service. Even when you don't purchase their product. I'll be back!

Outstanding store with hard to find great product selection. Top name brands and excellent customer service. Have yet to find a store in Arkansas that compares! Lucky to have them close to Little Rock - this is the store I will do all my shopping.

Finest clothier in the state. Custom made clothing made for me in just a couple of weeks. Will be going back soon for a suit for my sons wedding.

After putting off buying a suit for too long, I ended up needing a new one on short notice and went to see these folks, and I just can’t brag on them enough. I showed up at a time when they were low on stock and had almost nothing in my size, but rather than just send me on my way, we found a suit that was close enough in size to work in a pinch and was offered the option to use it for a day and then come back and pick up a suit in my correct size and in the color that I prefer, all at no extra charge. Now, I can’t say that this is something that they do on a regular basis, but the fact that they went out of their way to help out a person who had put themselves in a bind is unusual, and, in my mind, exceptional.

Bought a fantastic suit here in preparation for an interview at my dream job. The owner and the lady who does their tailoring are both excellent at picking out clothes, sizing, and giving honest opinions. I ended up getting a sport coat, two pairs of nice slacks, a dress shirt, a belt, and a great pair of shoes.
And I got the job!

We just had our first visit to Bell and Sward. Absolutely loved the store atmosphere and their team could not have been more helpful. Left with jeans that fit perfect (never happens) as well as some other great stuff! Huge thank you and we will definitely be back!

They carry great lines and have great service. The owners are always on site. Alterations are done well and done quickly.

The staff here are so friendly and you will never feel pressured into something you don't want. Erik will help you find exactly what you're looking for and get you fitted and hemmed to look your best. You won't find a better men's store that also has an excellent Nana on hand to step in and hold you're baby while you try on some new threads! The best Mens clothing store intown. They can fit you for a Tuxedo rental or that new suit. They also have more casual selections that include some of the best looking Central Arkansas Bear gear. Staff is always great and full of knowledge and styling tips when you need them.
