Great quality products. Most of Bed Bath & Beyond stores the staff is very helpful & friendly. I love it that they send a person 20% discounts either to your phone or email if you sign up for it.

I like to go in here to check for sales. God knows I can't afford the regular prices. It's nice to look and dream. I have in the past purchased, and always am happy with what I got. People are friendly and store is clean.

Dustin went above and beyond to help my mother and I today. This Conway store is always a pleasure to visit- clean, beautifully displayed merchandise, friendly and helpful staff. This should be a model for ALL retail stores. While other retail outlets make the customer ring up there own purchases, look high and low for an associate to help them, ect., Bed Bath & Beyond go the extra mile consistently. I am starting a massage therapy business and i needed some things from bed bath and beyond. They had ALMOST everything i needed. Staff was helpful directing me where to go. The only thing i was disappointed in was the price and lack of sales but the prices were comparable to competitors.

I left my purse in basket by mistake and when I went back for it, the people there had found it and had put it in their safe to keep it safe and made sure I was the name in it and then went to get it for me!! I was so relieved and very impressed with them and honest people ❤

I love this store! It has everything I want but can't afford! LOL Snip the coupon in back of their flyer and keep it in your purse! Totally worth it!

This is a big store with lots of merchandise in it. Best thing I did was shop online and pick up in store. The entire transaction was smooth and I was in and out during my lunch break.

I order 2 different times online with curbside pickup it went nicely they brought order to car ask for ID and I was on my way.

A great place purchase all kitchen & bathroom gadgets. Pricey but I don't believe you'll have to keep buying things over & over,if you spend your money wisely the 1st time!

I'm very sorry this store is closing. It’s too bad that that if you couldn't locate an item in this store, you were told it could be found in the Little Rock store. That seemed to set this location to fail from the start. And to me, that's very sad for a business, and for a community.

They didn't have what I wanted but the girl that was stocking the shelves took the time to order it for me. I got 20 percent off plus free shipping.

Staff was knowledgable, helpful and kind. The store offered a great selection and was a joy to visit.
