The staff was very kind and welcoming. Kevin is talented and great at what he does. I only needed to show him a picture of what I wanted and he was able to recreate it on a better level. I’m very appreciative of them, and my experience was great!

My daughter went for her first manicure and they did great with her little nails. Very sweet staff, professional and clean.

I've been going to Star Nails for several years now and it's by far my favorite place in Conway. Prior to this I had bounced around to several shops (mostly due to price), but they have great prices, friendly service, and Kevin does really incredible designs-- sometimes I just go in and tell him a color/vibe I have in mind and he does the rest! They can get busy with nails, specifically, but if you just call, they're glad to get you an appointment time within a few days so you have no wait! An added bonus is that I've never EVER been sore after an acrylic set and have had major soreness after sets elsewhere. Cannot recommend enough!

Four of us went to get nails together but the toddler isn’t pictured. My nail color is Birthday Pink! The staff was kind; they did nice work. My first time in a nail salon, I love these nails, I absolutely love them.

Came in with my own custom design, she did an amazing job! I was super excited, and she made me feel really comfortable! They were good with my hands, not too rough. They did perfect!

Where do I begin? Kevin gave me the absolute prettiest set of acrylics I have ever had! I had a simple white pedicure along with a set of white, coffin shaped acrylics and a clear accent nail with butterfly glitter. Kevin is very detail oriented and made sure my set was perfect! The accent nails came out even better than the pictures I showed him for inspiration and they were flawless! They almost look as perfect as press-ons and I’m sure I would have paid at least 15 or 20 more at any other salon. Absolute best experience I have ever had at a nail salon and I will most definitely be coming back and telling all of my friends! Plus, Kevin was so kind to me and stayed well after closing time on a holiday just to get me in! Go get your nails done at Star Nails!

This place is very professional. The gentleman that did my daughters nails did a great job. My boys even enjoyed their feet being pampered. The kid chairs are awesome! Thank you all for doing a wonderful job!

Kevin is the absolute best! He does amazing work! Very professional and kind. He definitely strives to make you feel like your at home with a smiling face. I love this business and the people in it!

Stopped by mid-road trip on a busy weekend and left with the best acrylics I’ve ever had. He did such a great job. They were beyond kind and accommodating.

They do temp scans, customer must wash hands upon entry. Masks required. Staff wears masks. Equipment is sanitized after use. Very friendly and nails look amazing

The staff are Awesome! The massage chair for pedicures is perfect. They didn't cut my nails too short or hurt me during the cleaning process-my biggest complaints normally, but not here. Very friendly staff.

They done so good! I got a full set and they look great and the atmosphere was friendly.

Probably my only good experience at a nail salon. He really cared about getting the design I wanted right and was very focused and precise. Highly recommend!

Had a pedicure and manicure done. When I left I had an issue with the gel peeling up off a couple of my nails. When I returned they were so kind, fixed my nails, and even changed the color for me with no complaints or problems. Definitely the sweetest people ever!

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon and lets just say i found it. Went in for a pedicure and full set. Helen did an amazing job on my pedicure and eyebrow wax. She took her time and gave a really great massage. Kevin is great!! I told him what i wanted and he delivered. They both were really friendly and fast. Thank you guys so much. Satisfied customer
