Excellent service even though it's Dec 21. Remarkably, the store is also really well maintained even with the heavy traffic of shoppers. Clean, well stocked bathroom.

What I needed was available, and the customer service representative assisted with the whole transaction, making everything as smooth as possible.
Would recommend, will return.

Went to JCP salon. Brandy our hairdresser was absolutely the best. She listened to what I wanted and it turned out exactly what I wanted. It's hard to find a hairdresser that really listens to you. Loved my haircut and Brandy is awesome!

I have been with this company for while I really love going there shopping they have nice quality of clothes I have things of that I bought 50 yeas ago they still look I just add to them you would never know I highly recommend to go shopping with them.

In the Salon we had a great lady named Lydia do our hair and waxing and she did a great job! My sister was 9 years old and Lydia handled her with care doing her eyebrows and did a wonderful job! Lydia was the sweetest and kindest lady we have ever met in a Salon! Lydia also helped us find the hair products we needed and showed us how and what to do with it all! We will be back and we will tell others about the wonderful job she did! Thank you so much for hiring a wonderful lady!!

We visited the salon and Lydia was our stylist. Lydia did a remarkable job trimming and styling my daughters hair. After she finished my daughter she shampooed, cut and styled my hair. She did an amazing job. Lydia took time to give us instructions on how to fix our hair and helped us with products.

My granddaughter had her hair cut. Sandy did a wonderful job with her back to school cut. My granddaughter loved it.

I took my son to get a haircut at the salon in jc penny Conway and had a wonderful experience. Stylist Lydia took her time and gave my son an awesome back to school hair cut. Everyone was super nice and I appreciate that they took us right away without an appointment. I will be back. Wonderful experience!!

David's attention to the details of exactly what I wanted was excellent! The color, highlights, cut and style combined for a big change. My color and highlights are perfect! My hair is healthier now due to the added conditioner David suggested. The cut and styling are exactly what I wanted...not easyily done from the five different photos and frankly picky detailed "dos/don'ts" and damaged hair I arrived with. Fantastic salon experience!!!

Amazingly kind workers! I had to return a smart watch that didn't work and the employee at jewelry was not only helpful with the exchange, but helped me with a watch band! Amazing customer service and fantastic employees.

I went to Penny's looking for an outfit to wear to a luncheon I'm a guest speaker at in Texas next week. They have a nice selection of clothing, jewelry, household items, and fragrances. But my best deal of all was in their hair salon where I got a cut and color at a very reasonable price by an extremely professional lady who was also a Christian

Went to the salon on Tuesday August 30th for a hair cut and waxing. A lady name Lydia was the stylist that help me. She was great very professional and very matickules! Loved how my hair came out and my eyebrows! Will definitely be back to see her!

Sandy is AMAZIMG! I'm very very picky about my hair! She has always gone above and beyond to make it perfect! I always get compliments and have sent many people to her! I also take my daughter to Sandy, and she makes her feel like a princess and always is easy with her tender head!
