I'm not sure how my wife found Brittany in the first place. But, what seemed like a standard realtor experience at first quickly became a strikingly efficient property/home acquisition process. Granted, it didn't take us long to identify the property we wanted, but Brittany took it from there. Which was a godsend for someone as busy as I. She was on top of everything, every day. She took the lead in contacting the seller's broker, gave us a virtual tour, coordinated inspections, and led us through the close process with expert guidance.
