Rented a cabin for a hunting trip. Comfortable cabin, friendly staff. They even have hot food that you can order from the camp store!
Only drawback is the noise from the highway a couple hundred of feet away, but even that wasn’t too bad. Great location!

1st time using a KOA and we were very happy! Sites were a good size, clean, we booked a pull thru for 1 night. Staff (Ashaunna) was polite, kind and very helpful! This KOA even has a takeout menu with Delicious pulled pork and smoked beans...delivered to our campsite! Unreal! Only downside is the I-55 highway noise. However to be expected when so closely located.

Had a good stay at this campground. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The park was clean, as were the shower facilities. They even have a cafe there that will bring your dinner to you. I would recommend this park as a great place to stay. It was especially nice being so close to Memphis but still feeling safe and in the country.

They offer an inhouse dinner and breakfast menus. We had two Graceland dinner which includes a pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw, beans, chips and cookies for $12.99. We also ordered a barbecue think crust pizza for under $15. You can order it when you check in and they'll deliver to you site when you want. Their food is fantastic.

Another nice stay! This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay here. I will say that this is the nicest rv park in the Memphis area, and that its not too far from the downtown. Clean nice bathrooms and some fun things for the kids to do. Will definitely keep staying here each time we are in the Memphis area.

My wife and I stayed there twice in the past week. On our way to Jackson and on our way back home. Everyone was very professional, polite, helpful, and available. We ate from the Cafe both evenings and everything we had was freshmade and delicious. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

Great place for an overnight on a long drive! Mostly pull through sites, clean bathrooms, a nice little playground, and the food options were an unexpected bonus. We'll plan to use this stop again for future trips.

We chose the KOA based on location to visit family in Jonesboro. Front office staff was pleasant and provided plenty of information for our stay. We booked one of the pull through patio sites based on the size of our camper. Cafe on site delivered dinner (that was good) to our door and was able go enjoy a breakfast before getting our day started. Our streaming service worked out well with the WiFi that was also available.

Great location for a basecamp to explore the area. Ordered their pizza one night and it was very good. From the oven to our camper, and it was ( like they say) piping hot. We had a minor wiring problem with our camper and they had just what I needed to fix the problem. Very helpful staff.

They had gifts for our dogs!! A great place to stay a night. Very clean. Super close to the I-55, the only downer. We didn't order food, but they have an amazing menu!! I would stay here again.

Our family is traveling from New Jersey all the way to Crystal Beach TX with a few stops along the way, one of them being at the Memphis KOA. The hospitality and customer service of the Memphis KOA team was outstanding. We had an issue with one of our grey tanks on the morning we were supposed to leave and not only did they let us check out way later than we were supposed to so we could repair it, they let us borrow tools and sent maintenance over to help us. Special shout out to Crystal at the front desk and Jeff who were both so kind and helpful. If we’re ever in Memphis again, we will definitely be staying at KOA.

Our favorite Koa. Nice people and great food. Plus their wifi works great. Right off the interstate but not loud. Their puppy play area is the best we ever used.

Clean camp sites, great little dog park, and a dog walking area. The staff was very nice and helpful. Their breakfasts are amazing. the dinner cafe pizza was great. We got the BBQ pizza.

The WiFi is probably one of the best I've had for a camp ground.

We stayed here recently - had a conference in Memphis and this KOA was the closest (and safest) place to stay. The food options were a pleasant treat - after 500 miles in the coach the last thing I wanted to do was cook. Great grounds, fenced in dog park, clean pool and friendly people - plus a great location for getting to our Memphis business.

Great location and well priced. 15-20 minutes from Beale St, Bass Pro, Graceland.

Service was good. They have an on-site kitchen so you can order breakfast and dinner and they'll charge your site and deliver it to you.

They do have a pet policy. Please call ahead if you have a dog considered "aggresive".

Gift shop was expensive, as you can buy souvenirs from locations for a lot cheaper. You're definitely paying a "convenience fee" for purchasing there at the park.

Safe, clean, comfortable, and the kindest employees!!! It rained while we were here for an entire day and we didn’t experience any of the flooding previously mentioned in the reviews. The road noise from the highway was minimal in our camper and not an issue at all during my working remote on a zoom call. The amenities were plenty (wifi, cable, restaurants, rec room).

Now the EMPLOYEES… they are absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and comfortable. We had a great experience here!

We stayed here for several nights in our Class A motorhome. The campground is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful! The RV sites are flat so leveling is very easy. The wifi is strong and consistent which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back for future stays.
