TA Truck Service

Had a blow out on my motorhome inside dually on a sunday. TA was one mile so I pulled in and spare was mounted in about 45 min.
Guys out in the shop were very courteous and checked the air in the other 5 tires too. Also checked brake pads while tires were off.
Reasonable price too.
Was blessed by no damages from the blowout.

great place for truckers to get some good sleep

Me and my husband were on a road trip from texas to michigan and on our way home we had stopped here to sleep. We were not in a 18 wheeler but a diesel dodge ram pulling a trailer...anyways when we woke up he had a issue with the truck...not sure what part he ended up needing. I dont know his name but one of the guys working there got on the phone and called his friend saying he thinks he has the part you need,that didnt work out but he was calling cummings,parts shops. We found the part at a orileys about 30 minutes away in tennessee. The worker gave my husband the number of a delivery service they use to get parts delivered. Within less than 2 hours we had the part, luckily it only took my man 2 minutes to put it on, and we were back on the road. I dont know what we would have done if it wasnt for this man. Awesome service and if Im ever back in that area we will definitely stop at this Ta again.

My mechanic at TA Truckstop Effingham was Matt. I really appreciated him. He was quick and professional. He knew what he was doing when doing my truck alignment. He knocked-out an airline repair on my trailer first with ease and expedience. I'm a former mechanic so I think I could be a good judge. Anyway, I'll be back!!

my best part of coming here is the catfish on Fridays. $10.99 for the 'All U Can Eat' buffett before 4pm then $12.99 after 4pm. Try it, best catfish around & I think U will agree yum.

Truck stop is good they try to keep it clean there is good like pizza hut, burger King, taco bell.

I received outstanding service from a young lady by the name of Lajericha .She was very professional and listened to my situation and resolved my situation I really appreciate the courtesy that she show me even tho I was very upset about my situation. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism

Stopped because they had 3 options for lunch, Pizza hut, Taco bell and Burger King...big dining room, clean too.

Showers are always very clean no hair left behind like flying J mirrors are always clean every thing always clean
