TA Travel Center

We stopped at your Earle location to refuel. I'm driving a 40' RV and towing a Honda CRV 4 down. I have tire sensors on all RV and Honda wheels and had no problem report. One of your very friendly fellows who was doing clean-up and maintenance came to me and said "Did you know your front car tire is flat?" Sure enough it was. Fortunately the tire was still sound and I was carrying an air compressor and was able to inflate the tire successfully. Turned out that the external tire pressure sensor on that tire was not screwed on tight and allowed air to escape. If it wasn't for this gentleman alerting me, we would possibly driven off, had the tire disintegrate, possibly with seriously bad results. This African American gentleman saved us from much more serious consequences. I hope you will thank him again for us and recognize the high quality care he gives your customers.

What a waste of assets & lost revenue.

Restraunts close quite early & open late.

Most of their staff has lousy customer service. I can only imagine all the negative comments the staff receives from disappointed customers.

The area manager called me after posting this review. If I'm not mistaken, his name is Clifford.

After speaking with him, I can tell that he's genuinely concerned about the TA/Petro truckstops.

Believe it or not, I do believe he's trying to square things away & I do appreciate his efforts and the staff as well.

With all this said, I'm upgrading my review to three stars.

Hope to have a five-star review of this location next time I pass through on the early AM tomorrow.

Several days ago (06-20-2023, M/L), I passed by and stopped at the Earle, Arkansas TA Trickstop.

Things are definitely getting better at this location.

Mr. Clifford Maddox is the area manager and has been on sitepretty regularly.

His presence definitely helps maintain a positive atmosphere within the truckstop.

New personnel have been hired, which definitely improves the morale of truck drivers.

It's very nice to see this kind of improvement.

Mr. Maddox & and associates, please keep up the outstanding work.

Nice clean facilities and they have three different restaurants to choose from. The staff are all very cute girls so that's a plus, and they're all very nice and helpful

Great service and clean Restroom 🚻.

The facility was clean, the restaurant looked very inviting though i was not able to try any of the cuisine. There's also a pizza hut, burger king and taco bell connected to it. Plenty of truck parking for professional drivers. The staff is kind and very helpful abd restrooms are always kept clean and more than satisfactory. Skip the Flying J on exit 260 and come to the TA.

I just want to take this time to acknowledge a young lady name Tori. The way she handle this lady that was being extremely rude and disrespectful to her was remarkable. Tori smiled and still handle everything with grace, not use to seeing staff like this here. Definitely need more people like her here!!!

Had an air leak on my trailer and took it to the shop to get checked! The lady working the counter was very friendly and provided excellent customer service! The mechanic on duty was very knowledgeable and fixed my air leak in a very timely manner! Great shop and great customer service!!! I would recommend them to anyone needing a repair!

Very busy, only 2 stalls in restrooms, food, fuel, snacks, coffee, novelty items

Really well kept. A non government company has been contracted to maintain the facilities.

Excellent food and the service was outstanding. Christina is a huge asset to the Country Pride. Mu husband and I had such a wonderful time talking with her and she gave us unremarkable service. Felt like we were talking to family while having dinner. She made sure my grilled catfish was plain, just like I specified also. Thanks for your service, Christina.

Nice lil TA, hot fresh coffee..

Returning from a summer camp, our bus had a flat. The bus driver stopped at this TA to have it repaired. As it was supper time, our load of 40 "dropped" in on the buffet line. They gave us a great deal for the youth and kept the food fresh. Really nice staff.

This place has the BEST, most comprehensive coffee getting set up that I have ever seen in a truck stop. They have an iced coffee dispenser! They have flavored creamers. They have milk & half & half. They have double strength caffeine coffee. They have the fancy cappuccino machine. Real sugar. Non-sugar sweetners. Burger King, Taco Bell, Pizza, Blue-plate dining area. Souvenirs & truck driver supplies. Nice Bathrooms.

Better than some of the truck stops actually in west Memphis so staying out a bit its good. Might have to wait in line for food and such but it is a busy place. Food was giod and its pretty clean. Quiet. Safe.
