Very fast and professional. I called he was there checking it out in 5 minutes. Inspected it got parts had me rolling again in about 2 1/2 hours. Changed broken spring and realigned axle. Explained everything great. They even called me hour after I left and checked on everything. Price was cheapest I’ve had for a road side would highly recommend

Randy was a HUGE help! He was SO kind, fair priced and helped when no one else would (even our road side assistance couldn’t find someone to help us!)
We sat on the side of a busy interstate for 2 1/2 hours waiting for coach net road side assistance. Then we called RLS 18 wheeler tire service. He was to us in 15 minutes!! Quickly put spare on then followed us to closest tire store (that was still open) and replaced other tires to get to us back on road safely. So grateful for Randy and his son!

Very fast and professional. They camr to the truck in less then 10 minutes and replaced a blown drive tire.

I was on side of I 40 very fast and good at his job I had and U joint go out with 2 broke bolts he came with what he needed to do the job to get them out to replace

Good mecanic he comes out and takes you to parts stores that will have the tractor parts then they are installed quickly and efficiently. He works on my 2015 Paccar MX 13.. Most mecanics won't even tackle a Paccar . He has fixed Trl wheels and brakes, tires ends blown air lines. A dealership would have me waiting for hrs and the bill would be sky high.I just recently passed a MD DOT over the pit inspection. He does a lot of work saving drivers from the AR scale house when they get shut down So he knows his trade.

Wheel bearing went out just on the corner of 218 right before 40 and Randy came right over and helped me fix it in a timely manner! Great guy and would call him again if I was ever in the area!!

Changed the flat tire on our trailer and had us back on the road in less than 10 minutes.

We was heading to Texas from Tennessee and had our truck overheat, spewing water. We pull on side of road in what looks like the middle of knowwhere, out of know where what we call angels (Randy and his son) came to the rescue. He had 2 gallons of water on him then went and got 5 more gallons. These guys are exceptional and even came back to our rescue 50 MILES away from their buisness to help us again when our tire blew out, even brought us some drinks!! They're responsibly priced and fast at what they do! They are by far the best road side guys we've ever had! THAK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!

We broke down in our motor home with a broken serpentine belt. Randy is a fine man, customer oriented, honest and very knowledgeable mechanic with a can do attitude. Caterpillar parts are hard to find away from a big town. He spent good part of the day sourcing an AC compressor and the elusive serpentine belt. We went to five auto parts stores in three states AR, TN and MS. Excellent work ethic, quickly fixed and a fair price. I highly recommend his service.

Ok, I’m a few days late on posting this review, but I want to get the word out.
RLS did a fabulous job to help us get “on the road again”. Thank you Randy!!
The situation: Jan 1, Sunday afternoon, blow out duallie on motorhome, I-40 west bound, exit 265.
I can’t change duallie’s.
The solution: RLS to the rescue! We have called road-side assistance (large, nationally recognized brand name) and all we get is several texts back that they are sorry but they are still looking for some one to come and help. A local motorist helping a big rig nearby get some fuel sees my situation, stops and asks if I need help. Im sorry I didn’t get his name. He calls Randy at RLS to see if he can help. Yep, Ten MINUTES later Randy is there. Fifteen MINUTES later the tire is changed, done. It took almost as long to do the “paperwork” as it did to do the job. Very fair and reasonable cost given the situation, (weekend, holiday, roadside, etc). It pays to carry cash when traveling. Cash speaks a very recognizable and well understood language. When you are in eastern Arkansas, western Tennessee you can’t find a better guy to help you out.

I must have called 10, he called me back before I had a chance to leave a message. Was at the truck within 30 min and got the leak fixed, spent a lot of time hunting down the parts needed, but truck was back on the road within 3 hours. THANK YOU, Definitely recommend.
