I recently purchased a vehicle at Holly Chevrolet and had an amazing experience. After shopping around for several weeks I found my perfect vehicle. The salesman, Joe Roberts, was very friendly and made the process very easy. I was able to test drive, get financing and sign all paper work within about 2 hours. This dealership has been the best experience I have ever had! I had an appointment to get my A/C fixed and couple recalls done. Went in and dropped my truck off and about 3 hours later had a call it was ready to go!!

I arrived early and was greeted prior to my appointment by the Service Manager - Robert. My vehicle was completed timely with a full vehicle systems evaluation. All maintenance costs was reasonable.

Have taken two different Chevy's here in the last few months for service. Received excellent service both times. They are courteous and quick. Mr. Robert the service advisor is the best. They have done everything that they say they will do. I recommend highly.

Anytime I contact Holly about an issue they are always quick to resolve it. If we aren't satisfied (which is rare), they aren't either, and they get back to work and make sure we are happy with the results. They always go above and beyond to get the job done. We love everyone at the dealership!

Holly Chevrolet is definitely my go to for service on my Malibu. I’ve been to three other Chevy dealers for service and they are by far the best. Jack is awesome and really takes the time to make sure you get the best service, as well as Robert. They definitely take the extra steps to make sure their customers are happy. I feel like they’re always honest and fair with pricing also.

My previous experiences with dealerships have been very stressful due to HIGH pressure sales tactics, ambiguous answers to questions, and feeling like I am being ripped off.
At Holly, I expected the same, but was extremely surprised at how fluid the process was. I never felt pressured or like I was being swindled. It was an extremely fair price (due to GM cash incentives) and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. My salesman, Brandon, stayed until well past closing to accommodate my work schedule when taking delivery of my vehicle and didn't make me feel rushed but rather made sure I was satisfied with the answers to all my questions.

My wife and I were traveling through Arkansas from Texas when our Air conditioner quit working. We called ahead to the Holly Chevrolet service department, a shot in the dark and they told us to come on in. They worked hard and had the AC repaired in a few hours because they knew we were on vacation. Robert and Mel and their tech staff showed a great deal of experience and caring to help get us back on the road. Thanks to y'all again for your hard work.

We just bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu from Holly Chevrolet. The experience was great. No one tried to pressure us at all. Everyone that we dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. Joe Roberts really helped us by letting us drive several of their cars without any hesitation. We have been with Holly Chevrolet prior to this with a 2006 Cobalt and have always been treated fairly and especially very nice and friendly. I feel that they have been the most honest car dealership we have ever been to. We have also had a very good experience with our Cobalt and hope the Malibu does just as well. Thanks for these reviews! It has helped us make an educated decision. I was against going local, but my husband pressed the issue, because we are needing a head gasket replaced on our 2007 Chevy Uplander. We're going to Holly as soon as we can to get an estimate. I love, love, love my van and I hope and pray they will do good by us. It's even better that they are local for me!!! I will be sure to give an honest review as soon as we get the repairs done on our Uplander (Blueberry). She's been so good to me!

Would definitely recommend MIKE at HOLLY CHEVROLET as salesman of the year. He went out of his way to make us comfortable, gave us his personal vehicle to get lunch while discussing our future purchase of a 2500 4X4 2020 Chevrolet Truck. He went above and beyond by watching our dog, in a kennel while we did go to lunch. HE made our decision so much easier.

My husband Carl Christian II and I had a great experience with Joe Roberts and Holly Chevrolet. There was no pressure and he was very helpful and understanding of our situation. I got to drive the vehicles to show my husband so he could choose the one he wanted. He bought a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab 4x4 with all the amenities he wanted. I'm so glad that they made it happen he so deserves it.
