Wic in general is a wonderful program. However I went to a farmers market class yesterday and everything was great except 1 staff member. Her name was Rita, not sure if she's been in her role too long or what her problem was. I held my tounge but people should not be treated that way. She was very rude, making snarky comments as I checked in and when my son got upset (hes 2) she acted like it was a total travesty. She Seriously needs some customer service improvement training. She gives the entire program a bad rap because of her bad attitude.

If you're on welfare or you're a criminal with court papers or a prison ID you can get birth certificates for your children but if you're a tax paying citizen and your government ID isn't expired but doesn't match your current address you'd better not try to use your Veteran's ID issued by the Federal Government because they'll just spit in your face and ask for a new form of identification. Woke Democratic State workers. Avoid at all cost.

I received lead poisoning at my local apartment and my human rights were violated at this hospital when salem hospital security followed me off the premises even though i wanted to know why peoples hippa rights were being violated ? interesting why is so many people checking into the hospital for lead poisoing?

They say just call in....yet NEVER answer the phones. So if you dont have time to drive to the office don't plan on reaching them.
Ive called 43 times....not one answer. I get put on hold and forgot.

There call wait is so horrible every time i call it takes an hour for them to answer . And the Woman there are Rude!!

De las 3 veces que eh asistido a esta oficina para hacer el trámite de mi food truck y donde hay gente hispana atendiendo a gente hispana .. me han tratrado fatal .. Te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor .! Pides información sobre el trámite de una licencia, te escriben el número en una hoja y prácticamente te lo están aventando por la ventanilla para que llames .. TE PROPORCIONA MÁS INFORMACIÓN UNA CONTESTADORA DE VOZ ..! si vas a realizar algún trámite o renovación de licencia no pierdas tu tiempo en conducir hasta las oficinas , hazlo online y tendrás un lindo día .! Todo lo contrario de cuando te atiende una persona que no es hispana .!
