We bought two fans here and the customer service and knowledge was outstanding from start to finish. One fan had an issue a while after installation. The staff went above and beyond to identify and fix the problem. Their attitude was fabulous the whole time. They are a pleasure to deal with and obviously take great pride in their work and service. We won't go anywhere else for our lighting or fan needs.

I am a difficult customer to please at times, especially when it comes to my house and making custom things for my house, I bought this fan from another company, however it wasn't exactly what it needed to be. I had to change out things to make my ceiling fan work properly with the automatic lights we use.

Keith was super fast and did a fantastic job.
Better than the original manufacturer of the product mind you.

I purchased a "brand new" lamp from Goodwill the other day. I was excited, as I got it for a killer deal compared to new lamps you find at furniture stores. When I got home to plug it in, it didn't work! (of course) Instead of taking it back, so I could be given a useless in-store credit, I found The Lighting Gallery on Google and decided to see if I could go for a cheaper solution. They had the part that I needed in stock and it was dirt cheap. For $2.79, he gave me the part and even showed me how to replace it. I definitely recommend coming here if you've got a spendy lamp that is broken. Support your local businesses!
