The Hotel Hot Springs

The hotel had been remodeled and our room was very nice. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. The desk clerks were all friendly and helpful.
My only recommendation is to stock my towels for guests staying more than two nights. Great place to stay.

If you're coming to town for the St. Paddy's Day parade, this is your place! All of the fun takes place on the hotel grounds and the streets around it. The hotel bar had a band and was very fun after all of the outside fun ended. It's conveniently located to walk to Bathhouse Row and all of the other touristy fun spots. Our room was very nice and clean. Like other reciewers, we were not a fan of the barn door to the bathroom. It doesn't seal the room and you end up feeling like you're in the same room with each other. Also the walls and doors are very thin so you hear your neighbors conversations and if they're rude like ours, their door slamming.

Nice rooms. Downtown is walking distance. We got drink vouchers and free breakfast. Also, they have a free shuttle service that took us to the track and to the Hot Springs Airport when we left. No surprises like the dreaded "resort fee" charged at other hotels. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel was everything I needed, positioned in the middle of town it is within perfect walking distance for multiple restaurants, picantes was mine and my family’s favorite,
Room and hotel has a modern style to it and it is very beautiful and quiet. Come to Hot Springs Hotel if you want a quiet lovely weekend getaway with an amazing view. Also hotel staff was very nice wanna give a shout out to Sarah at the front counter she was very informative and polite as all get out thank you.

Bridget the Front Office Manager and Carlos the General Manager provided top notch service! The evening front desk agent and shuttle driver were also amazingly caring and kind. Rooms are clean and fresh. Overall fantastic stay and will be back.

There's no words for Hotel Hot Springs that could describe our stay. The staff is fantastic, so friendly and helpful! They have a van service that will take you places and come back later if you dont want to walk. Although just about everything is within walking distance, And it was a free service. They have a full breakfast that is free! The hotel room was very nice and so clean! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel! Within walking distance to do everything fun in the historical downtown area. We will most certainly stay here again. This is our new favorite Hot Springs hotel! It is a short 2 min walk to their parking garage but it was very nice having covered parking for our motorcycles. Free breakfast was the same each morning. Scrambled eggs, pan fried potatoes, biscuits, gravy, and sausage links. Cereal and oatmeal also available. The staff were all very friendly! Loved this hotel!

So far this has been a wonderful stay. The room is clean and the bed and pillows are soft. Hotel is quiet, no loud road noise from my room.
I haven't tried the free breakfast yet.

I stayed here during the 2023 Pan-American Fishing Championship and the service and overall state of the Hotel was outstanding. I enjoyed my 5 days there. The hotel is very close to restaurants and obviously connected to the convention center. Great stayed!

We were in town for the Arkansas Auctioneers Association annual conference and were so happy with the experience! Bridget was so helpful, accommodating and kind. She’s the best!

Convenient location, parking, great room, nice view, reasonable priced, friendly and helpful staff, bar and restaurant on site and a fantastic breakfast selection.

Room was clean and quiet. Customer service was excellent. Bed was firm but comfortable. Location is excellent for visiting Bathhouse Row and Central Ave. and it's connected to the Convention Center. Two cons: (1) the elevators are a little slow, but they're in the process of modernizing them, so hopefully they'll be better next time, and (2) parking is in a garage a block from the front door and they didn't have valet service while I was there.

St Patrick's day weekend celebration Hot Springs did not disappoint the hotel was nice and comfortable

A perfect place to stay while in Hot Springs. The hotel was within walking distance to many local attractions and shopping, and the Central Street Bath House attractions of days gone by. Service was spot on and my room was quite nice. Easy walking to the convention without going outside. Great breakfast and bar as well. Front desk service was awesome and answered many questions. Thanks for the great stay.

If you're looking for a very nice hotel and also right on the Town square, this is your place.

We loved our stay at Hotel Hot Springs. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating - they let us check in at 7am after a horrible experience at another hotel. Initially they were just going to hold our bags, but they just gave us the room early. Our stay was great - the hotel is quiet, clean and spacious. If we come back to Hot Springs, we'll be staying here again.

Good clean rooms and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

My husband booked a room on the top floor for our anniversary. Holy smokes! The room was great, the view from our room was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, there were biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, fiesta potatoes and other continental breakfast items. The only issue we had was one elevator was down and a cheer competition was in town. Lol

I had an excellent experience here! I stayed three nights Sun-Tue on the 4th floor. My room was clean-- tidied up every day by staff; the sheets/bed were super comfortable; there was a tall mini-fridge, microwave, and mini Keurig with k-cups in the room; there was an iron and full-sized ironing board; the free WiFi worked and was easy to join--my colleague spent extensive time using this with her computer to do college coursework in our room and in the spacious lobby area; the a/c in my room, and anywhere I went in the building, worked great--even in these insanely hot July temps; the bathroom was spacious, bright and clean with a squeaky shower floor but no big deal--very roomy and bright walk-in shower; all the elevators worked perfectly well; the included breakfast was vast and tasty; the restaurant was clean with friendly and welcoming staff; and I was met with great friendliness the few times I approached front-desk hotel staff to ask a question--so hospitable.

I loved the location of the hotel and enjoyed taking walks in various directions to see historic buildings, downtown restaurants and shops, etc... It's between 0.25 and 1.0 mi from pretty much anything in the historic downtown area on streets such as Central, Malvern, and Spring.

This hotel connects to the BankOzk Convention Center via the 2nd floor. That was convenient for my group because we were attending a professional development event there. If you use that connection, you get to walk in the a/c (it was about 0.25 mi walk from my hotel room to the exhibit hall where my event was located 😄), so that's a plus in extreme temps.

Parking: The hotel uses a two-level parking garage one block away off Church St. It's a very quick walk, and it was so nice to have a decently cool vehicle from parking on the lower deck away from the sunlight! (I accidentally left a package of M&Ms in the car, and they didn't melt!)

I've read through some of the Google reviews AFTER having stayed at Hotel Hot Springs for three nights this week, and I didn't encounter ANY of the negative things that others apparently did-- whew, thank goodness! Had I seen a bug, I. Would. Have. Died. (I've only encountered pests in one hotel or motel ever-- I've stayed in many all across the country-- and that was a "historic" hotel in Little Rock.) I completely enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hot Springs this week!

Just dropped in the bar for Happy Hour with friends. The location is is close proximity to Bridge Street, which was having a live concert by Manhattan. But, we do like the bar at Hotel Hot Springs!
